| Objective: The clinical efficacy of TCM rectal infusion in the treatment of melasma with liver stagnation and qi stagnation was observed by a completely randomized controlled study.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by TCM syndrome score and chloasma area and severity index(MASI),and the comfort level was evaluated by self-rating scale,to explore the drug retention rate for a long time,and to explore a treatment method with high efficacy and good comfort.Methods: in this study,60 patients with chloasma who met the diagnostic criteria of chloasma and met the criteria of liver stagnation and qi stagnation were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely high-speed enema group,medium speed enema group and low speed enema group.In liquids,such as temperature,enema tube insertion depth,pressure enema consistent case,change the dropping speed,making high-speed enema clyster group velocity control in 80-90 drops/min,medium-speed enema group control speed of 60-70 drops/min,low-speed enema group control dripping speed of 40-50 drops/min,All the treatments were enemae with easy power,facing by yu rong powder.The treatment was a course of 15 days for a total of 3 courses.MASI score and TCM symptom score of chloasma were recorded before treatment,during 1 course of treatment,during 2 courses of treatment and during 3 courses of treatment,respectively.The duration of drug rectal retention and comfort self-evaluation were recorded after each treatment.After statistical data,SPSS20.0 was used to evaluate the efficacy and comfort.Results:(1)comparison of therapeutic effectAfter the treatment in this study,20 patients in the high-speed group were basically cured,3 showed obvious effect,10 improved,and 7had no effect,with an effective rate of 65%.Among the 20 patients in the medium-speed group,1 was cured,8 showed obvious effect,10 improved,and 1 failed,with an effective rate of 95%.Of the 20 cases in the low-speed group,0 cases were cured,4 showed obvious effect,9 improved,and 7 had no effect,with an effective rate of 65%.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant.(2)comparison of TCM syndrome scoresThe TCM symptom scores of the three groups after treatment were statistically significant compared with those before treatment.Among the three groups,there were statistically significant differences between the medium-speed group,the high-speed group and the low-speed group,while there were no statistically significant differences between the high-speed group and the low-speed group.(3)comparison of comfort and drug rectal retention timeCompared three groups of patients with comfort,difference was statistically significant,don’t think three groups of comfort are all the same,the further comparison,two medium group compared with high speed and low speed group were statistically significant,high-speed group there was no statistically significant difference compared with group at a low-speed.There was a statistically significant difference in drug rectal retention time between the three groups,and it was considered that the retention time of the three groups was not the same.Further panttwo comparison showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the medium-speed group,the high-speed group and the low-speed group,while there was no statistically significant difference between the high-speed group and the low-speed group.Conclusion: This study found that ease powder rectal drip can treat liver depression and qi stagnation chloasma,and at the same time,the change of drop rate will affect the retention time of drugs in the rectum,affect the effect of drug absorption,and also affect the comfort of patients during enema,with 60-70 drops/min drop rate is better. |
