Study On The Relationship Between Constitution And TCM Syndrome Type Of Chloasma

Objective:Survey the relationship between constitution and TCM syndrome type of chloasma patients,and analyze the correlation between them,in order to explore the influence of the constitution on the susceptibility and clinical syndrome type of chloasma.Methods: We ask 200 female chloasma patients to finish the questionnaires, which include the clinical symptom table and Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire, and judge their constitutions and TCM syndrome types by analyzing what they fill in.After that,we obtain some information about correlation`in constit--ution and syndrome of chloasma patients by SPPSS17.0 statistical software.Results: Stagnation of liver Qi accounts for the majority of the syndromes in 200 chloasma patients, 44.5%.and deficiency of the kidney- yin is the least,23.5%.In all of TCM constitutions,the highest proportion is blood-stasis,Qi-stagnation,Yang deficiency and phlegm-wetness.The rest make up a small part.There is a significant positive correlation between constitutions and symptoms type of 200 chloasma patients.Conclusion: Chloasma patients’ syndrome is mainly Stagnation of liver Qi,and deficiency of the kidney- yin is the least.blood-stasis,Qi-stagnation, Yang deficiency and phlegm-wetness are the more common constitutions of Chloasma patients.In the patients with deficiency of the kidney-yin, Yin deficiency is susceptible constitution,In the patients with Stagnation of liver Qi,Qi-stagnation is susceptible constitution, and Yang deficiency,phlegm--wetness are the susceptible constitutions of the patients with Spleen-deficient and damp-stagnation.
