Clinical Effect Of Jueyin Decoction On Psoriasis Vulgaris With Blood Heat Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effect of Jueyin Recipe on PASI and DLQI of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and to calculate the clinical efficiency,adverse reactions and recurrence.Methods : In this study,80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris blood heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: study group and control group,40 cases in each group,8 cases falling off during the study were removed,and 36 cases in each group were included.The study group was treated with Jueyin formula and urea cream,while the control group was treated with compound Qingdai capsule and urea cream.Take one dose of Chinese medicine orally twice a day,and take it half an hour later.Urea cream as a basic nursing treatment,external use,1-2 times a day.The treatment period was 8 weeks,followed up for 8 weeks,and the treatment period was 4weeks.The patients were asked to have a follow-up visit at the 4th and 8th weeks respectively.Before and at each follow-up visit,the patients were assessed on their PASI score and DLQI score.The clinical efficiency and recovery of the two groups were calculated according to the PASI score At the time of diagnosis,the patients were asked if there were any adverse reactions and recorded.The patients were followed up 2 months after the treatment to understand the recurrence of psoriasis in the two groups.The data of the two groups were collected and analyzed by spss20.0.Results :(1)General situation(including gender,age,course of disease)comparison,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,comparable.(2)Comparison of efficacy:(1)The PASI score and DLQI score of psoriasis in the 4th and 8th week of the two groups were compared with those in the same group before treatment,and those in the 4th and 8th week of the same group were compared.The results showed that the PASI score and DLQI score were lower than those in the former,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups in PASI score and DLQI score after 4 weeks treatment(P > 0.05).(3)The PASI score and DLQI score of psoriasis in the two groups after 8weeks of treatment were compared,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)Results: after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 66.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.9%,P > 0.05,there was no significant difference.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.6%,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(4)Safety: before and at the end of the treatment,the blood and urine routine,liver and kidney functions of the two groups were examined,and no abnormality was found.During the treatment,there were 2cases of adverse reactions in the study group and 1 case in the control group,which could be relieved after rest.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(5)Recurrence: two months after the end of the treatment,the two groups of patients were followed up.There were 3cases in the study group and 4 cases in the control group.The recurrence of the two groups was similar,P < 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: Jueyin decoction can effectively reduce PASI score and DLQI score in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Its clinical effect is better than that of compound Qingdai capsule control group,and its safety and recurrence rate are similar to that of compound Qingdai capsule.Therefore,the therapeutic effect of Jueyin Decoction on psoriasis vulgaris is significant.
