Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Gouju Jiawei Tang Combined With Tamsolosin Hydrochloride In The Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis With Syndrome Of Dampness And Heat And Stasis With Liver Depression

Purposes:By observing and analysis Gouju jiawei Tang combined with tamsolosin hydrochloride in the treatment of dampness heat and blood stasis resistance associated with liver-depressive chronic prostatitis the clinical efficacy.To explore the scientific and practicability of Gouju jiawei Tang combined with tamsolosin hydrochloride in the treatment of dampness heat and blood stasis resistance associated with liver-depressive patients with chronic prostatitis,and expect to enrich the treatment of chronic prostatitis with integrated Chinese and Western medicineMethods:Randomly divided 72 cases of chronic prostatitis with dampness heat and blood stasis resistance associated with liver-depressive from the urology and outpatient department of the Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital into 2 groups of 36 patients each;The treatment group was treated with orally medicine Gouju jiawei Tang combined with tamsolosin hydrochloride,while the control group was treated with oral tamsolosin hydrochloride for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,the effective rate,TCM syndrome score,white blood cell count of EPS,SAS score,SDS score,NIH-CPSI score and recurrence rate of the two groups of patients were processed by medical statistics and analyzed.Results:1.After treatment,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88.24%and 68.75%,the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group(P=0.040 < 0.05).2.After treatment,the TCM syndromes score of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than that before treatment(P=0.000<0.01),and the TCM syndromes score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.001<0.01).3.After treatment,the white blood cell count of EPS in the treatment group and control group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P=0.000<0.01),and the white blood cell count in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P=0.043<0.05).4.After treatment,the NIH-CPSI scores in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P=0.000<0.01),and the NIH-CPSIi scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P=0.006<0.01).5.After treatment,the SAS?SDS scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P=0.000<0.01),and the reduction of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P=0.000<0.01).6.Mild adverse reactions occurred in 1 patient in each of the two groups during treatment,but there was no statistical significance(P=1.000 > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Gouju jiawei Tang combined with tamsolosin hydrochloride can effectively reduce the chronic prostatitis patients with dampness-heat stasis and liver-depressive type of TCM syndrome score,the NIH-CPSI score,SAS and SDS score and improve prostatic fluid in patients with normal leukocyte count and lecithin corpuscle count.2.The effect of Gouju jiawei Tang combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of CP(dampness-heat stasis and liver-depressive)is better than tamsulosin hydrochloride,and it has certain safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
