Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Type ? B Prostatitis With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Activating Qi,Promoting Blood Circulation And Removing Blood Stasis

Objective : By observing the clinical efficacy of citrus juice decoction and Tongjinghuoxue decoction in the treatment of type ?B prostatitis qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and at the same time observing the effect on experimental examinations such as lecithin body(LP)and prostatic fluid,it is used for medical application of Qi Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method for the treatment of chronic prostatitis makes certain reference suggestions.Methods:72 cases of ?B prostatitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group according to random table method.The treatment group is treated with Gouju Decoction and Tongjing Huoxue Decoction,while the control group is treated with Qianlietongyu Capsule,a Chinese patent medicine,for a total of 4 weeks.Observe the prostate fluid routine,chronic prostatitis symptom score(NIH-CPSI)and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after medication,and compare the lecithin corpuscle(LP),(NIH-CPSI)score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment between the two groups to reach a conclusion.Results:Of the 72 patients enrolled in the study,12 are excluded from the experiment and60 are enrolled in the study.after 4 weeks of modified treatment with gouju decoction and tongjing huoxue decoction,the differences in NIH-CPSI score,effective rate and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment are statistically significant(P <0.05).1.compared with NIH-CPSI,the treatment group is 10.17 5.68 and the control group is 14.90 5.69,showing significant difference(P <0.05).the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing NIH-CPSI.2.comparison of TCM syndrome points between the two groups: treatment group: 8.33 4.436,control group:11.10 2.975,with significant difference(P <0.05).treatment group is better than control group in improving TCM syndrome points.3.The total effecctive rate and cure rate were90.0% and 33.33% in the treatment group and 73.3% and 10% in the control group respectively.The comparison between the two groups is different and has statisticalvalue.Conclusion:The method of promoting circulation of qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has obvious therapeutic effect on type ?B chronic prostatitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and its TCM syndrome score is obviously reduced.And the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing NIH-CPSI score of chronic prostatitis.It is relatively safe in clinical application and has no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
