Clinical Observation Of Gouju Jiawei Tang In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome Of Chronic Prostatitis Syndrome

Objective:By observing the Gouju Jiawei Tang in the treatment of chronic prostatitis(Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome)of the clinical curative effect,provide the theoretical and clinical basis for the further treatment.Methods:80 patients(80 males)met the inclusion criteria were divided randomly into 2groups,the experimental group was given Gouju Jiawei Tang after the meal,the control group were given Qianlie Tongyu Jiaonang,each group was 40 cases,this course of treatment lasted for 4 weeks.After the treatment,comparing with the two groups' TCM syndrome score,the NIH-CPIS score and each subtype of rating,the IL-8,TNF-?,WBC and lecithin body count in EPS before and after treatment,draw the conclusion after the statistical analysis.Results:1.After weeding out 3 cases,falling off 2 cases,the experimental group and the control group eventually have 38 and 37 cases.After 4 weeks treatment,the total clinical curative effect as follows,the experimental group total effectiveness is 89.47%,while the control group is 70.27%,which the experimental group rate is higher than the control group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score,the experimental group before the treatment is 18.94±3.73 and after the treatment 10.37±2.31;the control group before the treatment is 18.94±3.73 and after the treatment 10.37±2.31;which the two group rate have lower after than before the treatment.2.2.Before the treatment,the experimental group at the NIH-CPIS score(total score23.53±3.89,pain symptoms 10.61±2.47,urination symptoms 5.37±1.40,the Influence of life 7.55±2.11)and after the treatment at the NIH-CPIS score(total score13.24±2.57,pain symptoms 6.15±1.62,urination symptoms 2.63±0.67,the Influence of life 4.45±1.48)have an active curative different(P<0.01).Before the treatment,the control group at the NIH-CPIS score(total score 23.19±3.43,pain symptoms10.49±2.28,urination symptoms 5.29±1.31,the Influence of life 7.41±1.95)and after the treatment at the NIH-CPIS score(total score 16.39±2.88,pain symptoms7.25±1.84,urination symptoms 3.02±0.93,the Influence of life 6.08±1.93)have an great different(P<0.01).3.The two groups are significantly different on IL-8,TNF-?,WBC count in EPS(P<0.05)before than after the treatment,however the lecithin body count has no obvious difference(P>0.05).After the treatment,the experimental group seems better than the control on reducing objective index such as IL-8,TNF-a,WBC count in EPS(P<0.05).Conclusions: vThe Gouju Jiawei Tang could significantly improve the chronic prostatitis(Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome)clinical symptoms.
