| Objective: High-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the structure of intestinal flora in stool samples of healthy people,Han coronary heart disease patients and Uyghur coronary heart disease patients.To screen out intestinal flora related to coronary heart disease.To explore the composition of intestinal flora in different nationalities of coronary heart disease.Methods: In this study,Han and Uyghur patients with coronary heart disease and healthy human were subjected to high-throughput sequencing.The structure,abundance and diversity of intestinal flora in different groups were obtained by Alpha diversity,beta diversity and other methods.Through further analysis,we can obtain the predominant flora of each group.Results: 1)There was no statistically significant difference in Alpha diversity analysis between healthy control group and coronary heart disease group,Han nationality coronary heart disease group and Uyghur coronary heart disease group(P> 0.05);2)There was a statistically significant difference in β diversity analysis between Han nationality coronary heart disease group and Uyghur coronary heart disease group(P <0.05).;3)At the phylum level,there are significant differences between the healthy control group and the coronary heart disease group of Clostridium and Wallless(P<0.05);there are significant differences between the Han coronary heart disease group and the Uyghur coronary heart disease group of Principe,Verrucobacterium,Fusobacterium and TM7(P <0.05).And TM7 only exist in patients with coronary heart disease of the Han nationality;4)At the genus level,the Luminol in the coronary heart disease group was statistically significant compared with the healthy control group(p <0.05);there are significant differences between the Han coronary heart disease group and the Uyghur coronary heart disease group of Clostridium and Trichosporonaceae(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.There is no significant difference in the structure,abundance and diversity of intestinal flora between the healthy people and the coronary heart disease patients.There are differences in the structure of intestinal flora between Han patients with coronary heart disease and Uyghur patients with coronary heart disease.2.The intestinal flora of healthy people and patients with coronary heart disease are different in the analysis of phylum level,genus level and dominant flora,which may be related to coronary heart disease.3.The differences of intestinal flora in the analysis of phylum level,genus level and dominant flora between the Han and Uyghur patients with coronary heart disease provide a reference for the preliminary exploration of the composition of intestinal flora in the two nationalities patients with coronary heart disease. |
