Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction In Treating Angina Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective:To observe whether the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment on angina pectoris qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI is better than conventional western medicine treatment alone,and whether the safety is good.Methods: Included in patients with unstable angina who were hospitalized in the fourth affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2018 to December 2019 after PCI,still had angina after 48 cases,and at the same time met 48 cases of syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis according to TCM syndrome differentiation,according to random envelope,Randomly divided into an observation group and a control group of 24 cases each.The observation group was given Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction and western medicine conventional treatment,and the control group was given western medicine conventional treatment.The treatment course was 4 weeks,followed up for 12 weeks,and 4 cases fell off during this period.Finally,21 cases were included in the observation group of the statistical analyst and 23 cases in the control group.Before the treatment and at the end of 12 weeks of follow-up,the scores of Seattle Angina Scale,the scores of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,LDL-C,TC,TG,CK,CK-MB and safety indexes were recorded.Results:(1)The difference between the two groups of patients on the Seattle Angina Scale score before and after treatment(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant,there were differences between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment.(2)Comparison of curative effect of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in two groups of patients.Observation group showed 23.81% effective rate and 71.43% effective rate;control group showed significant efficiency 4.35% and effective rate 60.87%.0.05).(3)The mean difference of LDL-C and TC between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P <0.05),the difference is statistically significant,there is a differencebetween the two groups;The mean(P> 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.(4)The safety evaluation of the two groups of patients was 1 grade during the treatment,which showed good safety.Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment is superior to conventional western medicine treatment in improving the symptoms and reducing LDL-C and TC in patients with angina pectoris and qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI,and it is safe.
