| Objective: Observe the changes of ACR of Tangshen Tongluo Recipe on patients with G3A2 diabetic nephropathy.Method: First,using random number envelopes prepared by the teachers of the statistics teaching and research department in advance,56 patients with G3A2 diabetic nephropathy who met the criteria for clinical trials were divided into a control group and a test group,28 cases in each group,and the control group was treated with oral valsartan.The experimental group was treated with Tangshen Tongluo Recipe on the basis.After 28 days of treatment,the urine ACR,urinary microalbumin level,cystatin C,Beta 2-microglobulin level and blood creatinine of the two groups of patients before and after the test were reviewed.Urea level and uric acid,blood lipids,blood glucose levels;and before and after treatment were scored on the basis of clinical symptoms.Results: After 28 days of clinical observation,the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were between the two groups(p <0.05).There was a difference.Urinary ACR,urine microalbumin level in the test group,serum creatinine,cystatin C,and Beta 2-microglobulin,the difference between the levels before and after treatment was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);there was no significant difference in the difference between the two groups of urea,uric acid level,and blood lipid and blood glucose before and after treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion: After the treatment of Tangshen Tongluo Recipe,the clinical symptoms of patients with G3A2 diabetic nephropathy of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type can be significantly improved.This study found that Tangshen Tongluo Recipe can reduce urinary ACR,urine microalbumin level Serum creatinine,cystatin C,and Beta2-microglobulin levels improved renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy,and played a role in delaying the progression of the disease. |
