| Objective:This study attempts to explore the characteristics and rules of acupoint selection in the treatment of chloasma in traditional Chinese medicine by combining the ancient and modern literature with the statistical analysis of related prescriptions and acupoint prescriptions, hoping to provide a reference for future research. Methods:Modern literature data from China hownet(CNKI),a database of ten thousand,VIP,Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM)database, including journal full-text database, dissertation database, important dissertations full-text database, and the search scope of "medical" retrieval since January 2000 to March 2020 published medical articles on TCM treatment of chloasma, strictly in accordance with its exclusion criteria to detailed statistics and analysis.Ancient literature data from Chinese medical, retrieve the han to qing on chloasma(surface dust, dark spots, black, dry, dry(black)(have),etc.)of the ancient Chinese literature,in strict accordance with its exclusion criteria to detailed statistics and analysis. To retrieve the formula, acupoint record the following indications:name, age, source of literature, composition and other items.Standardize the indicators.Including: the name of the standard work, the name of the prescription, the name of the medicine(according to the textbook of Chinese medicine press in 2007),the name of the acupuncture point(according to the textbook of Chinese medicine press in 2002).Use Excel and statistical analysis software "SPSS 22.0" to build the database.Descriptive analysis method and frequency analysis method were used to conduct statistical analysis of all collected acupoints and prescriptions and to compare the differences in the frequency of use.The acupuncture points and drugs with high frequency were paired and combined. The frequency analysis was used to compare the drug pairs and acupoint pairs of each group. The descriptive analysis was carried out to summarize the law and characteristics of acupoint selection in the treatment of chloasma in traditional Chinese medicine. Results:In this study,1068 modern literatures were retrieved and 793 were included,of which546 were prescriptions.247 articles on acupuncture.61 ancient documents were included.1.135 acupuncture points were collected in modern literature, with a total frequency of1768.The frequency of commonly used acupoints is the highest. The most common use of acupoint meridians is the foot sun bladder meridian; The highest frequency of specific acupoints was intersection points, with the number of acupoints being 36 and the frequency473.The high frequency acupoints are compatible with zusanli-sanyinjiao,zusanli-blood sea,and zusanli-hegu.2.Ancient literature collection of prescriptions and medicines 156 taste, the total frequency of 560 times, the highest frequency for tuckahoe.Among the high frequency traditional Chinese medicines,70.4% were tonic for deficiency and invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Drugs through the kidney, spleen, liver mainly, followed by the heart, lung.Modern literature collected 271 notes of traditional Chinese medicine, with a total frequency of 6785 times.High frequency Chinese medicine 27,the highest frequency for angelica.Among the high frequency traditional Chinese medicines, tonic for deficiency and invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis accounted for 85%,while the high frequency ones had the most moderate temperature and the second most moderate temperature, accounting for 62.9%.The proportion of gan,xin and bitterness in the five tastes was 78.6%.The proportion of high-frequency drugs was80.0% for liver, spleen, lung, kidney and heart.3.Among the internal prescriptions in ancient literature, the most widely used drugs are tonic for deficiency. In addition, the accumulative frequency of 6 drugs, such as tonic for deficiency,blood-activating and blood-stasis,antipyretic medicine,heat-clearing medicine,water-permeating and moistening medicine, warm medicine and astringent medicine,is 72.1%,which constitute the main drug category of prescriptions. In modern literature, most drugs are used to remedy deficiency. The accumulative frequency of 6 kinds of drugs was 88.9%.4.The ancient literature of high frequency drug compatibility: tuckahoe-angelica,angelica-licorice,tuckahoe-ripe ground, etc.High frequency medicine in modern literature.Conclusion:1.Rules and characteristics of TCM treatment of chloasma: Acupoints are mainly Ah Shi acupoints,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Ganshu,Xuehai,Fei Shu and Quchi;Point selection rules of meridian circulation: the main points were the bladder meridian of the foot sun,the spleen meridian of the foot taiyin, the stomach meridian of the foot Yangming, the large intestine meridian of the hand Yangming and the liver meridian of the foot Jue Yin.The law of acupoints division: the body division of acupoints is based on the head and neck;(4)Law of specific acupoint selection: attach importance to intersection acupoints;Treatment principle: to regulate the liver, spleen, kidney three viscera mainly.2.Rules and characteristics of Chinese medicine for chloasma: Angelica, peony,Chuanxiong,Safflower, etc.;According to the law of drug selection: the drugs are mainly used to strengthen deficiency and promote blood circulation and remove stasis; The law of selecting four qi,five tastes and returning to the meridian: commonly used drugs are multi-temperature,flat,sweet,bitter,return to the liver,spleen,lung,kidney,heart;(4)The law of special drug selection: increase the medicine of soothing the liver and regulating qi,and emphasize the good mood; The common drug pair is closely related to qi and blood.(5)Treatment principle: the treatment is based on tonifying the liver and kidney, taking into account the standard of qi stagnation and blood stasis. |
