Study On Different Intervention Methods Of Diabetic Gastroparesis And Rules Of Acupoint Selection And Prescription

Objective:To search the clinical research results of acupoint stimulation in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis in recent 30 years,and analyze the acupoint optimization and compatibility rules of commonly used acupoint intervention methods in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis,so as to provide a certain reference for standardizing clinical research and treatment.Methods:The clinical literatures of acupoint stimulation in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis published in CNKI and PubMed from January 1990 to January 2020 were searched.The author’ s name,intervention method,acupoint name and number of acupoints were input into excel,and the prescription association rules were analyzed and compared by SPSS Clementine 12.0.Results:(1)Among the included literatures,74 clinical literatures about acupuncture treatment of diabetic gastroparesis were the most.The literature using single intervention method was significantly more than that using compound intervention method,the literature using traditional acupuncture technology was significantly more than that using modern acupoint stimulation treatment technology and the literature using traditional acupuncture technology combined with modern acupoint stimulation therapy;(2)The top five frequently used acupoints in all literatures are Zusanli,Zhongwan,Neiguan,Weishu and Tianshu.In common single intervention method,the top five frequently used acupoints were Zusanli,Zhongwan,Neiguan,Tianshu and Weishu;In common compound intervention method,the top five frequently used acupoints were Neiguan,Zusanli,Zhongwan,Pishu and Weishu.Zhongwan,Zusanli and Weishu are the most commonly used acupoints in traditional acupuncture and moxibustion technology,modern acupoint stimulation therapy technology and the combination of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion technology and modern acupoint stimulation therapy;(3)The common channels of different intervention methods in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis are stomach channel,bladderchannel,spleenchannel,Ren channel and pericardium channel;(4)The number of acupoints selected in all literature prescriptions is mainly 1-5 acupoints;(5)Among all the included literatures,"Zhongwan and Zusanli" are the core acupoint groups with the strongest correlation.The core acupoint group of single intervention method was Zhongwan,Neiguan and Zusanli.The core acupoint group in the common compound intervention prescription is Zhongwan,Neiguan and Zusanli."Zhongwan,Neiguan,Zusanli" is the core point group of traditional acupuncture technology prescription,"Zusanli,Zhongwan,Tianshu" is the core point group of modern acupoint stimulation therapy and traditional acupuncture technology combined with modern acupoint stimulation therapy prescription.Conclusion:(1)In recent 30 years,acupuncture is the most commonly used method in the clinical treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.(2)The common acupoints,common meridians,the number of acupoints selected in the prescription and the combination of common compatibility of different intervention methods in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis have high consistency.(3)No matter what kind of acupoint intervention method is used,Zusanli,Zhongwan,Neiguan and Weishu are the main acupoints in the clinical treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.(4)The main acupoints were stomach meridian,bladdermeridian,spleenmeridian,Ren meridian and pericardiummeridian.(5)Taking "Zusanli,Zhongwan,Neiguan,Weishu,Tianshu,Pishu,Sanyinjiao"as the common acupoint group and"Zhongwan,Neiguan,Zusanli" as the core acupoint group,the number of acupoints in most prescriptions is 1-5.
