Clinical Observation Of Zishui Qinggan Decoction In The Treatment Of Menopausal Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency And Liver Hyperactivity

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishui Qinggan Yin and remifemin in treating Menopausal Syndrome,and to compare the efficacy and respective advantages of the two treatments.To provide patients with more appropriate drug options and toprovide effective theory and basis for TCM to treat the disease.Methods:A randomized controlled study was carried out in 66 patients with Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of the liver type Menopausal Syndrome.The treatment group was given Zishui Qinggan Yin Orally,the control group was given remifemin orally.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks,the Standard Score,TCM symptom score,KMI score,menopausal survival quality score,Serum FSH,E2 and gynecological related adverse reactions were measured at 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,respectively,objective: to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Zishui Qinggan decoction and remifemin in the treatment of Menopausal Syndrome of Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of the liver.Results:1.There were 66 patients included in this study,3 in each group.The curative effec of the two groups of patients was evaluated and the total effective rate was 96.6%,and that of the control group was 73.3%.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05),which showed that the treatment group was more effective than the control group.2.The KMI index was significantly lower than 0.05 at 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,it indicates that the Treatment Group and the Control Group are both effective in treating Yin deficiency and liver exuberant type of Menopausal Syndrome,and the treatment group is superior to the control group.3.Menqol score,vascular relaxation and contraction dimension were compared between the treatment group and the Control Group at 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,p were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the scores of Vasomotor dimension were significantly improved in the treatment group compared with the control group(p < 0.05),and the psychological dimension was significantly improved in the treatment group compared with the control group(p < 0.05)at 4,8and 12 weeks,there was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05),which showed that the two groups had the advantage in the treatment of psychological dimension,and the two groups had the advantage in the treatment of physiological dimension,and the two groups were compared in the treatment group and the Control Group at 4,8 and 12 weeks respectively,p was less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both groups were effective in improving the score of physiological dimension,and the treatment group was better than the control group,after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,both the treatment group and the control group were compared within and among the groups,the P was less than 0.05.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups were effective in improving the score of sexual life dimension when treating Menopausal Syndrome,and the Treatment Group is superior to the Control Group.4.The scores of TCM Syndrome is higher than that of traditional chinese medicine.For 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,P is less than 0.05.It indicates that the Treatment Group and the Control Group are both effective in treating Yin deficiency and liver exuberant type of Menopausal Syndrome,and the treatment group is superior to the Control Group.5.Sex Hormone,FSH,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks in the treatment group,the control group P were greater than 0.05,the two groups were not statistically significant;Before and after treatment,4 weeks in Treatment Group and before treatment,4 weeks in control group and before treatment,8 weeks and 4 weeks,12 weeks and 8 weeks,p > 0.05,serum value of the two groups had no significant improvement In the treatment group,P was less than 0.05 at 8 weeks and 4 weeks,12 weeks and 8 weeks,indicating that the serum value of the treatment group was improved before and after treatment,e 2 was more than 0.05 between the two groups before and after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups Before and after treatment,4 weeks in the treatment group and before treatment,4weeks in the control group and before treatment,8 weeks and 4 weeks,12 weeks and8 weeks,p > 0.05,no significant improvement in serum value before and after treatment;P was less than 0.05 at 8 weeks and 4 weeks,12 weeks and 8 weeks in the treatment group,which showed that the serum value of the treatment group was improved.Conclusion :(1)through the improved KMI symptom total score,the menopause quality of life score,the traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Score,obtains the Zishui Qinggan Yin and the remifemin may effectively improve the menopause syndrome;(2)through the Clinical Curative Effect Research Analysis,it is concluded that Zishui Qinggan drink has shorter effective time than remifemin in the treatment of Menopausal Syndrome,and the comprehensive effect is better than remifemin.
