Clinical Observation Of Zishui Qinggan Decoction In The Treatment Of Hypertension (Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zishui Qinggan Decoction in the treatment of hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome).Methods:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zishui Qinggan Decoction in the treatment of hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome).In this study,72 patients were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 36 patients each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(irbesartan 150 mg po qd);The treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine plus modified Chinese medicine Zishui Qinggan Decoction.After 4weeks of treatment,observe the changes of TCM symptom score,blood pressure and safety indicators before and after treatment in both groups.Results:1.Compared to the control group,the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than the control group score(P<0.05);in terms of the healing effect of TCM syndromes,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Compared to the control group,blood pressure in the treatment group was better than in the control group(P<0.05);in terms of blood pressure efficiency,the treatment group was better than the control group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified formula of Zishui Qinggan Decoction can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity);the modified formula of Zishui Qinggan Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertension(yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome);there is no obvious adverse reaction in the short term,and it is suitable for patients with hypertension and syndrome differentiation of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.
