| Objective:Nape acupuncture combined with speech training was used to treat aphasia after stroke.By collecting and analyzing CRRCAE and CFCP scores before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy of the nape acupuncture combined with speech training was observed. Methods:The study subjects were 60 patients met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria for aphasia after stroke, who were from January 2019 to January 2020 from the First Acupuncture Rehabilitation Ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine.According to the principle of randomized control, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group.Basic medical treatment was the same in the two groups. The control group was given speech training. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was combined with nape acupuncture treatment. Both groups were treated once a day for 5 days a week for a total of 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,CRRCAE scores were used to evaluate the patients’ speech function(talking, retelling, listening comprehension, naming)and CFCP scores were used to evaluate daily communication ability.Results:(1)Comparison of general information:Differences between the observation group and the control group in age, gender, duration, stroke type, and aphasia type had no statistically significant.(2)Comparison of CRRCAE scores:After treatment,CRRCAE scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,CRRCAE sub-item scores in talking, listening comprehension and naming of the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05),but retelling scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of CFCP scores:After treatment,CFCP scores of the two groups were both improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of clinical efficacy:The overall effective rate inthe observation group and the control group were 90.0% and 80.0%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Based on basic medical treatment, speech training and nape acupuncture combined with speech training for aphasia after stroke both can improve speech function and daily communication ability.(2)Nape acupuncture combined with speech training can significantly improve patients’ ability of talking, listening comprehension, naming than speech training, and patients’ daily communication ability. But there is no significant difference in the efficacy of the two therapies in terms of improving the ability of retelling.(3)Taking CRRCAE score as the main evaluation index, the overall clinical effect of nape acupuncture combined with speech training on aphasia after stroke is better than that of speech training group. In summary, nape acupuncture combined with speech training is a comprehensive and effective method for the treatment of aphasia after stroke, and provides a new reference for clinical treatment. |
