Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of the Tiao Heng Kai Yin acupuncture method combined with speech rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke motor aphasia, and to provide a safe and effective treatment method for patients with post-stroke motor aphasia. Methods:In this study,72 patients with motor aphasia after stroke who met the inclusion criteria in the acupuncture five department ward of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital were selected for this study and were divided into a test group and a control group of 36 patients each using a randomized grouping method. Both groups were given the basic treatment of internal medicine, the experimental group was treated with the combination of speech rehabilitation training with the acupuncture method of Tiao Heng Kai Yin,and the control group was treated with the combination of speech rehabilitation training with the conventional acupuncture method, both groups had speech rehabilitation training and acupuncture 1 time/day,30 min/time,6 times/week for 4 weeks. The observation indexes included the Western Aphasia Battery(WAB),the Functional Language Communication Proficiency Checker(CFCP),and the Chinese Aphasia Battery(ABC).The differences in the efficacy of the two groups were observed by comparing the results before and after treatment within the group and after treatment between the groups, and the clinical efficacy was assessed by the improvement rate of ABC scale scores.Data analysis was partially performed with SPSS 26.0 software to compare the results and observe the differences in efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)in the general conditions(gender, stroke type, age, duration),ABC,CFCP,and WAB scores of the two groups, which were comparable.2.ABC: When comparing the scores of patients in both groups before and after treatment, the ABC scores improved compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).When comparing between the two groups at the end of treatment, the test group values improved better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.CFCP: When comparing the scores of patients in both groups before and after treatment, the CFCP scores improved compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).When comparing between the two groups at the end of treatment, the test group values improved better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.WAB: When comparing the scores of patients in both groups before and after treatment, the WAB scores improved compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).When comparing between the two groups at the end of treatment, the test group values improved better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the test group was 88.2%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.8%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the group of Tiao Heng Kai Yin acupuncture and the group of conventional acupuncture can significantly improve the WAB,CFCP and ABC scores of post-stroke motor aphasia patients, which can effectively reduce the degree of post-stroke aphasia.2.The combination of Tiao Heng Kai Yin acupuncture and speech rehabilitation training for post-stroke motor aphasia is more effective than conventional acupuncture in improving speech function. |
