Clinical Study Of Professor Nan Zheng’s Method Of Yishen Tongluo Jiedu Daoxie Therapy In Treating Diabetic Renal Failure (Syndrome Of Spleen-kidney Yang Failure And Blood Stasis)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of "Yishen Tongluo Jiedu Daoxie" in the treatment of Diabetic renal failure(Syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang failure and blood stasis),and to discuss the reliability and effectiveness of oral Xiaoke Shenshuai ’an decoction plus or minus combined with external retention enema in the treatment of Diabetic renal failure.Methods:1.All cases were collected from September 2018 to November 2020 in Professor Nan Zheng’s studio and nephropathy inpatient,all of them with Diabetic renal failure(Syndrome of spleen kidney Yang failure and blood stasis)and met the inclusion criteria.72 cases were expected to be observed,and the treatment group and the control group were divided by a random 1:1 method according to the 20% abscission rate,with 36 cases in each group,and the treatment period was 1 month.Patients in both groups were controlled according to the "One principle and Eight Methods" and given symptomatic treatment such as stabilizing glucose and lipid metabolism.On this basis,the control group was given oral Xiaoke Shenshuai An Decoction plus or minus.The treatment group was given oral Xiaoke Shenshuai ’an decoction plus or minus and external Chinese medicine enema therapy.2.The condition data of patients in the two groups were recorded in detail,and the changes of urinary protein,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,glomerular filtration rate and TCM symptom score were observed before and after treatment.SPSS17.0 software was used for data analysis and evaluation.Results:After statistical analysis,in terms of the curative effect of TCM syndrome,the curative effect rate of the treatment group was 83.87%,and the curative effect rate of the control group was 78.79%.Indicated that both groups could achieve the effect of improving clinical symptoms under the treatment given,in which the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of reducing blood serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and improving glomerular filtration rate(P<0.05).Conclusion: The method of "Yishen Tongluo Jiedu Daoxie" has a considerable effect on the treatment of Diabetic renal failure(Syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang failure and blood stasis),which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,remove toxins in the body and relieve the burden of the kidney,without obvious adverse reactions and side effects during the implementation,which can provide the reliable and effective ideas and methods for the effective treatment of Diabetic renal failure.
