Clinical Effect Of Huoxue Huayu Zhitong Pill On Soft Tissue Swelling After Distal Radius Fracture

Objective:Through the analysis and study of clinical cases,the clinical effect and safety of Huoxue Huayu Zhitong pill in the treatment of soft tissue swelling and pain after distal radius fracture were discussed,providing theoretical basis for the future clinical promotion and further research of the drug.Methods: From November 2018 to December 2019,72 patients with distal radius fracture who met the inclusion criteria of this trial were diagnosed and treated in the orthopedic department of Haicheng orthopedic hospital.They were divided into control group and treatment group,with 36 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Huoxue Huayu Zhitong pill(Haicheng Soviet style bone setting hospital preparation),while the patients in the control group were treated with Dieda pill(Beijing Tongrentang Technology Development Co.,Ltd.pharmaceutical factory).After the treatment,the healthy side and the peripheral diameter of the affected limb of all the patients were measured before and on the 1st,4th and 7th day after the treatment,and the difference of the peripheral diameter was calculated.At the same time,VAS score and tenderness score were used to evaluate the patient’s condition change,and the data were recorded for statistical analysis.Results:The statistical results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before and on the first day after treatment.On the fourth and seventh days after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the effect of Huoxue Huayu Zhitong Pill on swelling and pain of limbs after distal radius fracture was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: 1.The Huoxue Huayu Zhitong pill has the effects of dredging channels,activating collaterals,relieving pain and eliminating swelling.2.Huoxue Huayu Zhitong pill can effectively reduce the swelling and pain of early limbs after distal radius fracture.3.Huoxue Huayu Zhitong pill is safe and reliable.It is an effective method for the treatment of early limb swelling after fracture and can be applied in clinical practice.
