Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Sanhuang Ointment In Treating Early Swelling And Pain Of Distal Radius Fracture

Objective: To observe the curative effect of three yellow paste combined with splint fixation in the treatment of early pain and swelling of limb fractures.Methods: From March 2017 ~2018 to November,a total of 60 with straight distal radius fracture fixed by manipulation and reduction of small splint.They were randomly divided into experimental group with 30 people,control group with 30 people,The experimental group used San-huang paste external application with manipulation reduction small splint fixation,the control group only used manipulation reduction small splint fixation,Postoperative evaluation of swelling and subside and pain score was carried out.Results: The difference of swelling rate and pain score were statistically significant among 3d,5d and 7d groups after treatment,and the experimental group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: The three yellow paste has the effect of cold blood,detumescence and pain relief,can promote swelling and subside early,reduce the early pain of fracture,and is an effective method of swelling and relieving pain in the early stage of fracture.
