| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Baoyuan Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFr EF)patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis through clinical research,and to explore and analyze its mechanism of action,so as to provide scientific basis for its clinical application and provide more therapeutic schemes for the treatment of chronic heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: From August 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with chronic HFr EF of qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected from the department of cardiovascular diseases of Huangpi district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,including 27 female patients and33 male patients.They were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).In the control group,30 patients were given the routine western medicine treatment of chronic HFr EF:ACEI/ARB,beta-blocker,furosemide and spironolactone as the basic drugs.On the basis of the control group,30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Baoyuan Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The treatment time was 1 month,and the patients were followed up for 3 months after discharge.In the process of treatment,do a good job in every patient’s clinical symptoms and the detection indicators change records,after the treatment of the whole research process statistical analysis of data collected by the comparison of the two groups before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,heart function grading,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N terminal b-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)and heart failure of Minnesota life quality scale integral data changes,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results: After the treatment,the data were counted,1 case was removed from the control group,and 1 case was removed from the treatment group.There were no statistically significant differences in gender composition,age composition,disease course distribution,basic medical history and cardiac function classification between the two groups before treatment,which was comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,the LVEF value of the two groups increased compared with the former(P<0.05),NT-pro BNP decreased compared with the former(P<0.05),the score of TCM syndrome decreased significantly compared with the former(P<0.05),the score of Minnesota quality of life decreased compared with the former(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Baoyuan Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and conventional western medicine treatment,can effectively reduce the deficiency of blood stasis in patients with chronic HFr EF(NT-pro BNP value,TCM syndrome integral,the life quality of Minnesota integral,improve cardiac function in patients with curative effect and TCM syndrome curative effect,improve the quality of life of patients with chronic HFr EF,its clinical curative effect is superior to conventional western medicine treatment.In the treatment of heart failure and the follow-up process of baoyuan decoction and xuefu decoction,no serious adverse reactions were found in the patients. |
