| Objective: This article uses Chief Physician Pengxiao Ping ’s self-created prescription "Qi shen Yangxin decoction " to treat heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(Syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis),to evaluate its clinical efficacy and provide another treatment advice for patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. Methods: From March 2021 to March 2023,60 patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(Syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the control group was given conventional Western medical treatment, and the treatment group was added with Qi shen Yangxin decoction on the basis of the control group. After 2 courses of treatment, the changes of TCM symptoms, the efficacy of TCM symptoms,LFE,LVEDD,BNP and Lee scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed, and statistically analyzed. Results: In terms of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, the control group had 2 cases with significant effects and19 cases with effective effects, accounting for 70% of the total effective rate. However, the treatment group had 7 cases with significant effects and 21 cases with effective effects, with a total effective rate of 93.3%.Statistical data analysis showed that the P value was less than 0.05,indicating a significant difference between the two.And comparing the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes between the two groups, the treatment group was still better than the control group. At the same time,in terms of evaluation of cardiac function efficacy(LVEDD,LVEF),BNP level, and Lee’s score level, the P-values of the two were less than 0.05.Therefore,the treatment group still outperformed the control group in improving BNP,evaluating cardiac function efficacy(LVEDD,LVEF),and Lee’s score. Conclusion: Qi shen Yangxin decoction has a definite efficacy in the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, and provides another treatment for further improving the symptoms of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. |
