The Research Concerning The Inheritance Of Professor Zhou Zhongying Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis Based On Data Mining

Objective:To explore the clinical experience and medication characteristics of Professor Zhou Zhongying’s diagnosis and treatment of bile reflux gastritis,so as to enrich and improve the academic thoughts of professor Zhou Zhongying,a master of traditional chinese medicine,and further improve the clinical efficacy.Methods:To collect Zhou Zhongying professor from 1994 to 2012,the diagnosis and treatment of bile reflux gastritis cases,screen conforms to the standard 199 clinical medical record,in turn,into Medcase Ver3.8 clinical Chinese medicine studio--an auxiliary platform for inheriting the experience of famous Chinese doctors,establish basis information database,using the frequency analysis,association rule,clustering analysis method from the clinical symptoms,tongue coating,pulse condition,pathogenesis and drug for data mining research.Results:60 patients were enrolled,with a total of 199 visits,and the ratio of male to female cases was 2:3.The incidence of female patients was slightly higher than that of male patients,mainly between 20 and 69 years old.The main clinical manifestations were epigastric distention,belching,epigastric pain,dry mouth,pantothenic acid,bitter mouth,and epigastric chills,etc.The frequency was 48.74%,32.66%,28.64%,25.13%,25.13%,20.10%,and 18.59%,respectively.Pathogenesis:Dampness-heat obstruction and disharmony between liver and stomach accounted for 65.33%and 62.81%,respectively,followed by spleen and stomach weakness,gastric disorder,stomach heat and qi stagnation,stomach heat and fluid injury,etc.,with frequencies of 14.57%,13.57%,12.56%and 7.04%,respectively.In terms of medication,the traditional chinese medicines with more than 100 applications were rhizoma coptidis,rhizoma pinellinae praeparata,rhizoma cyperi,agastache rugosus,bitter orange,fructus evodiae,fructus amomi,tangerine peel(83.92%,77.39%,66.38%,64.32%,63.82%,61.08%,52.26%,50.75%,respectively).Rhizoma coptidis and french pinellia are used with high frequency,both above 70%.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of bile reflux gastritis is dynamic,which is liver stagnation,fire,gallbladder invasion to the stomach.Deficiency of spleen and stomach,disorder of stomach;dampness and heat resistance,poor air flow;delay loss of treatment,two injuries;long course of disease,blood stasis blocked collateral.In treatment,it is a great way to regulate qi and pass down qi,which runs through the beginning and end of treatment.The basic prescription is:Rhizoma coptidis,fructus evodiae,rhizoma cyperi,rhizoma pinellinae praeparata,Mangnolia officinalis,honey-fried licorice root,bitter orange,radix paeoniae alba,agastache rugosus,caulis perllae.Commonly used prescriptions are:Zuojin pill,pinellia xiexin soup,chaihu shugan powder,liansu drink,erchenping stomach powder,small chest soup,laughing powder,etc.Characteristics of drug use:Make good use of rhizoma coptidis,compatibility of drugs;rigid and soft and economic,beware of injury yin;disease in the gallbladder and stomach,multi-purpose liver medicine.
