The Study Of Professor Wang Yangang’s Regular Partern In Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis Based On Data Mining

Objective: Based on the ‘Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System(V2.5)’,the medication rule of Professor Wang Yangang in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis and the experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine were summarized with objective and systematic statistical classification and calculation methods,so as to provide ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of BRG in the future.Methods: The effective cases of Professor Wang Yangang in treating BRG from January 2015 to December 2018 in the Hebei Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and screened.The cases’ related information and the first diagnosis prescriptions were recorded into ‘Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System(V2.5)’.The basic situations of BRG patients were statistically analyzed,and the rules and treatments of Professor Wang in treating BRG were explored.Result:1.Basic information: In the cases of 386 patients,167 were male and 219 were female.The most concentrated age was 61-80 years old.The top three symptoms were flatulence,heartburn and poor sleep.The most common tongue image was dark red tongue and thin yellow putty.The most common abnormal tongue image was teeth mark tongue.The most common pulse image was string sliding pulse.The most common type of Western medicine disease was chronic superficial gastritis with bile reflux.2.Medication analysis: There are 200 traditional Chinese medicines involved in 386 prescriptions in total,as well as the cold and warm medicines are used the most frequently according to the statistics of drugs’ characters.The bitter and pungent medicines are used the most frequently according to the statistics of drugs’ flavors.Stomach Meridian,Spleen Meridian and Liver Meridian were the first three drugs’ channel tropisms in proper order.57 traditional Chinese medicines are used more than 20 times,which are classified into 15 categories according to their drugs’ efficacy,among which Antipyretic and Qi-regulating medicine are used the most frequently.In association rule analysis,22 core drugs were obtained when support was set at40% and confidence was 0.95.3.New prescription analysis: In the degree of the drug association,there were 17 pairs of drugs whose correlation coefficient is above 0.04 in total.According to the results of the degree of the drug association,22 pairs of core combinations were obtained through complex system entropy clustering algorithm.Moreover,11 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:1.According to Professor Wang Yangang,the core pathogenesis of BRG is hyperactivity of liver and gallbladder,and there are many pathogenesis changes such as Qi block,phlegm and dampness accumulation,blood stasis and internal knot.2.Professor Wang Yangang’s treatment of BRG is based on the contradiction of pathogenesis,mainly on clearing away the heat of liver and gall,regulating the Qi,eliminating phlegm and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which is flexible in medication,new in integrating,combined with Chinese and Western medicine,and 11 new prescriptions are extracted through systematic analysis,providing new ways for clinical treatment of BRG.
