Analysis Of Drug Administration Rules Of Ovarian Cancer(Abdominal Mass)Based On Data From Ancient And Modern Medical Cases

Objective:To use data mining technology system to retrospectively study the dialectical medicines for the treatment of Abdominal Mass in Stomach in the Ming and Qing medical cases,and to analyze the rules and experience of the treatment of ovarian cancer by the chief physicians of the department of oncology and gynecology of Jiang su Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.To compare the similarities and differences in medication between the two,deepen the theoretical understanding of ovarian cancer in Chinese medicine,with a view to providing ideas and reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods:In this study,87 cases of Abdominal Mass in Stomach from Ming and Qing Dynasties were queried through the Chinese Medical Code,and their symptoms and medications were extracted.A total of 193 clinical cases of ovarian cancer patients treated in oncology and gynecology from September 2017 to September 2019 were collected,and their symptoms,tongue veins,and Chinese medicine were extracted.Established a database separately,and unified the standard clinical cleansing data.After multiple corrections,they were entered into the EXCEL and Medcase Ver3.8 data record mining systems to form a medical case data mining database.Using FPGrowth algorithm,Xminer Operation Tool calculation tool,Medcase Chart graphic expression and other methods,data analysis and mining of Ming and Qing medical records and clinical medical records were performed.Based on the analysis results,the characteristics of medications for treating Abdominal Mass in Stomach in the Ming and Qing dynasties were explored,and the experience of differentiation and treatment of ovarian cancer in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was compared.Results:1.87 cases of Ming and Qing medical cases were obtained in this study.Chinese medicine used in Ming and Qing medical cases involved 193 flavors.The most frequent ones were Angelica sinensis,cinnamon,peach kernel,chuanxiong,Muxiang,Sanling,Baiji,Rhubarb,licorice,curcuma.Through analysis of association rules in drugs,30 common drug pairs were obtained.Analysis of symptoms→drugs by external association rules to obtain the drugs often used in a symptom.K-means clustering analysis of the drugs yielded 20 core prescriptions.2.A total of 193 cases were sorted out in this clinical case.The age range was 21-88 years old,mainly concentrated in the 40-70 years old,and the distribution accorded with epidemiology.Symptoms that occur more frequently in clinical cases are abdominal distension,fatigue,poor appetite,backache,poor sleep,hot flashes,sweating,abdominal pain,bitter mouth,and bloating.The tongue coating is mainly thin white,red tongue,and dark red tongue.The pulse is mainly string and thin.The more frequent pathogenesis is qi deficiency and qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm stasis.Chinese medicine involves a total of 305 flavors.The most frequent ones are Poria,Atractylodes,Yam,Astragalus,Paeonia lactiflora,Fructus Corni,Coix Seed,Hedyotis diffusa,Pseudostellaria heterophylla and Chenpi.Analysis of association rules in tongue coatings revealed 27 combinations of tongue quality and tongue coatings.Analyze the symptoms→pathogenesis,symptoms→drugs,pathogenesis→drugs to analyze the external association rules between the three drugs to unearth the three internal relationships.Through the K-means cluster analysis of drugs,25 groups of core prescriptions were found.Conclusion:Through the data mining of the Ming and Qing medical cases,the medicines used to treat Abdominal Mass in Stomach in the Ming and Qing Dynasties are commonly used to break the qi,promote blood circulation,and remove blood stasis.By mining the clinical data of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,we summarized the experience of differentiation of ovarian cancer in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and obtained 5 common types of ovarian cancer.In terms of treatment,a comprehensive treatment method of righting and attacking evil is based on righting and relieving evil.Medication supplements the spleen and stomach qi,nourishes the liver and kidney and supplements the yin,while applying qi and blood stasis,attacking anti-cancer drugs Drugs treat their symptoms.
