The Study Of Emotional Disease Cases In The Ming And Qing Dynasties

Objective:The subject of the study is to sort out the medical cases of emotional diseases in Ming and Qing Dynasties to establish a database.Analyse the database by data mining techniques,then discuss the diagnosis and treatment laws of emotional diseases during the Period,in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of emotional diseases and provide theoretical support for screening prescriptions before related research.Methods:Use “Chinese Medicine Encyclopedia”software to screen emotional disease cases in Ming and Qing Dynasties.The cases should be compared with the modern version.Extract information of disease name,disease nature,disease location,treatment and medication,and input them into Excel to establish the database.Finally,analyze the data through R language software to get the results.Results:1.This study includes 56 medical books(“Clinic Guidline of Medical Records”,“Zhang Yu Qing Medical Cases”,“Shi Shan Medical Cases”,etc.),379 cases of emotional disease,67 kinds of disease names(Melancholia,Blood Troubles,demented disease,dysphagia,insomnia,etc.).The frequency distribution of deficiency and excess of emotional diseases is as follows: excess syndrome 167 times,deficiency mingling with excess syndrome 153 times,deficiency syndrome 59 times;The frequency distribution of cold and heat is as follows: no cold and heat syndrome 224 times,heat syndrome 148 times,cold syndrome 7 times.The top 5 location of diseases are: liver,Stomach,heart,spleen and lung.The top 20 drug are: poria cocos,angelica,liquorice,white peony,etc.The study gets three herb couples in common use: bighead atractylodes rhizome-liquorice,ginseng-liquorice,Pinellia ternate-Poria cocos.2.The Number of medical cases of Melancholia is 66.The frequency distribution of deficiency and excess of emotional diseases is as follows: excess syndrome 32 times,deficiency mingling with excess syndrome 27 times,deficiency syndrome 7 times;The frequency distribution of cold and heat is as follows: no cold and heat syndrome 39 times,heat syndrome 27 times.There are 8 locations of the disease,such as liver,stomach,spleen,lung,etc.And there are 166 traditional Chinese medicines in total,the top 10 drug usded frequently are: poria cocos,cyperus,angelica,cortex moutan,turmeric,etc.The study gets 25 drug association rules.3.The Number of medical cases of Blood Troubles is 36.The frequency distribution of deficiency and excess of emotional diseases is as follows: excess syndrome 19 times,deficiency mingling with excess syndrome 11 times,deficiency syndrome 6 times;The frequency distribution of cold and heat is as follows: no cold and heat syndrome 20 times,heat syndrome 15 times,cold syndrome 1 times.Liver,stomach,lung,spleen,kidney and heart are involved And there are 123 traditional Chinese medicines in total,the top 10 drug usded frequently are: Poria,white peony,cortex moutan,gardenia,Angelica,etc.The study gets 13 drug association rules.4.The Number of medical cases of demented disease is 24.The frequency distribution of deficiency and excess of emotional diseases is as follows: deficiency mingling with excess syndrome 12 times,excess syndrome 11 times,deficiency syndrome 1 times;The frequency distribution of cold and heat is as follows: heat syndrome 19 times,no cold and heat syndrome 4 times,cold syndrome 1 times.Heart,liver,brain,spleen,gallbladder and kidney are involved.And there are 109 traditional Chinese medicines in total,the top 11drug usded frequently are: Fushen,Acorus Rhizome,Bamboo Shavings,Pinellia,etc.The study gets 5 drug association rules.5.In this study,the top three doctors with a large number of medical cases are Tianshi Ye,Jufeng Wang and Xugao Wang.The three doctors have their own characteristics in diagnosis and treatment,and they all pay attention to the emotional guidance of patients.Firstly,Tianshi Ye,who is good at harmonizing therapy and attachs importance to the holistic view of "the unity of man and nature",thinks that blood should be treated first for the people who have been ill for a long time.Secondly,Jiufeng Wang’s treatment is mainly to invigorate the spleen and kidney,nourish the heart and tranquilize the mind,and assisted by regulating qi and dissipating phlegm.He thinks that emotional diseases hurt mind firstly,and also involve spleen,liver and kidney,which will lead to spleen deficiency,kidney yin deficiency,liver deficiency and phlegm stagnation.Thirdly,Xugao Wang is good at using emotional factors in the diagnosis of surgical diseases.Besides,he focuses on disease prevention and change prevention.Conclusion:1.The theory of emotional diseases of traditional Chinese medicine in Ming and Qing Dynasties tends to mature.The emotional diseases with high frequency include Melancholia,Blood Troubles,demented disease,etc.There are more excess syndrome,no cold and heat syndrome,heat syndrome.It is most closely related to liver in disease location.In the drug field,poria cocos is used most often,and the efficacy of core drugs is mainly to promote qi and relieve depression,calm the heart and mind,clear heat and phlegm,and Nourish Qi and Yin.2.Melancholia,Blood Troubles and demented disease are different types of diseases with different treatment,nature and location.3.Tianshi Ye,Jufeng Wang and Xugao Wang all pay attention to the emotional guidance of patients.
