Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of the electroacupuncture intervention on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy at the preoperative or postoperative time, and to discuss the appropriate intervention time.Methods:90 patients undergoing selective laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into preoperative group(1 day before surgery),postoperative group(6h after surgery)and control group(the blank group),30 cases each. All the three groups received routine postoperative nursing care. The preoperative group received an electroacupuncture intervention the day before the surgery, and the postoperative group received electroacupuncture intervention once six hours after the surgery, all groups selected Neiguan(double)and Zusanli(double)acupoints, and left the electroacupuncture for 30 minutes. The first postoperative exhaust time and defecation time of 90 patients, abdominal distension score at 6h and 24h after the surgery, the incidence of diarrhea within 1 week after surgery and security evaluation were recorded.Results:1.Comparison among groups:(1)the first postoperative exhaust and defecation time of the postoperative group were lower than that of the preoperative group and the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the first postoperative exhaust and defecation time of the preoperative group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)the postoperative abdominal distension score of the preoperative group was lower than that of the control group at 6h,the difference was significant(P<0.01);the abdominal distension scores of the postoperative group were lower than those of the preoperative.group and the control group at 24 hours after the operation, the differences were significant(P<0.01);the abdominal distension scores of the preoperative group were lower than those of the control group at 24 hours after the operation, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)the incidence of diarrhea of the postoperative group was lower than that of the control group within 1 week after the operation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of diarrhea within 1 week after surgery of the preoperative group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)2.Intra-group comparison:In the postoperative group, the score of immediate abdominal distension which after intervention in the was lower than which before intervention, the difference was significant(P<0.01).3.There were no obvious adverse reactions during the whole treatment process, and the electroacupuncture has high securityConclusion:1.Postoperative electroacupuncture intervention can shorten the time of first postoperative exhaust and defecation, relieve abdominal distension symptoms within 24 hours after the surgery, reduce the incidence of diarrhea within 1 week after the surgery, and promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Preoperative electroacupuncture intervention can relieve abdominal distension symptoms within 6 hours after surgery2.In terms of promoting the gastrointestinal dysfunction recovery after minimally invasive postoperative, postoperative electroacupuncture intervention has more efficient and advantages, which is also feasible and safe.
