Objective:Taking the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HBeAg negative chronic viral hepatitis B by Teacher Chen Siqing as the research object,this paper analyzed the dialectical thinking and drug law of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HBeAg negative chronic viral hepatitis b by teacher Chen Siqing with data mining technology,and summarized his clinical experience.Methods:Collect si-qing Chen teacher 04,2008-December 2019 in jiangsu province hospital infection branch clinic diagnosis and treatment of HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis b virus in the medical record,will be included in the standard of 632 clinical patients(71 cases)name,age,gender,clinical symptoms,tongue coating,pulse condition,such as prescription drugs,item by item entry Xminer Operation Tool V1.4 and SPSS26.0 data mining system,establishing database of basis,constructing data mining association rules and clustering analysis computation model,The enhanced FPGrowth algorithm and K-means algorithm are applied to analyze,summarize and summarize the mining resultsResults:1.Among the 632 medical records collected in this study,a total of 71 patients,46 males,410 patients and 25 females,222 patients were included.The oldest was 77 and the youngest was 27.Patients were aged between 30 and 69 years old,with a total of about 95.89%Among them,patients aged between 40 and 49 years old accounted for the highest proportion,with 189 consultations and a frequency of 29.91%2.In this study,the clinical frequency of loose stool,dull pain in the right flank,weakness,yellowish face,dry mouth and other symptoms is relatively high,among which loose stool is the most frequent,which is higher than other symptoms.Tongue image distribution is a total of 25,the frequency of more than 10%of the tongue is dark red,red,pink,thin,yellow greasy coating,thin yellow greasy coating,thin yellow white coating.The frequency of dark red substance was the highest,higher than that of other tongue images.There are 7 pulse patterns in total,with veinlets,chordal veins and synovies appearing more frequently than 10%.Veinlets are the most frequent,and the sum of them and chord frequencies is 145.25%,greater than 100%.3.In terms of medication,Teacher Chen Siqing used a wide range of medicines for hBeag-negative chronic viral hepatitis B,and 271 Chinese herbs were involved in the medical records.The top 10 drugs with high frequency were:Rhizoma cyperi,Rhizoma cyperi,Turmeric,poria cobolia,Coptis chinensis,Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Schisandrae,Rhizoma pariferae,Bran Fried Atractyloides,and Honeysuckle,Among them,Turmeric and radix cynanchae,Rhizoma cynanchae and rhizoma cynanchae,rhizoma cynanchae and rhizoma cynanchae are the common therapeutic pairs of Chen Siqing.Its scope of use involves clearing away heat and antidotes,removing dampness and desiccating yellow,clearing away heat and desiccating dampness,promoting blood circulation,clearing away heat and cooling blood,replenishing qi,dissolving surface and withdrawing astringent.According to the classification of drugs into the meridians,the most commonly used drugs enter the hepatic meridians,followed by the lungs,stomach and spleen meridians,and some enter the kidney and heart meridians.Cluster analysis showed that Chen Siqing’s prescription for diagnosis and treatment of HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B was mainly longdan Xiegan Decoction,Homhorn Dihuang decoction and Chen Siqing’s self-designed prescription "Liver depression and spleen deficiency prescription".Conclusion:HBeAg negative chronic Type B viral hepatitis is mainly located in the liver(gallbladder),involving the spleen and stomach,some of which can reach the lungs,heart,kidney,etc.The pathological factors were dampness and heat,phlegm and dampness,pestilence and toxin,liver depression,qi stagnation,blood stasis and heat,Yin deficiency,etc.The pathologic properties are cold and hot,and the deficiency and deficiency are mixed with solid.The basic pathogenesis was dampness-heat,pestilence,stagnation of blood stasis and loss of liver,spleen and kidney function.The therapeutic evidence mainly includes clearing heat and detoxification,benefiting gallbladder,cooling blood and removing blood stasis,soothing liver and relieving depression,and deficiency syndrome mainly includes strengthening spleen and removing dampness,and nourishing liver and kidney.The core prescriptions include longdan Xiegan Decoction,Hornhorn Dihuang Decoction and "Liver depression and spleen deficiency prescription".
