Research On Chen Siqing’s Treatment Of Primary Liver Cancer Based On Data Analysis

Objective:Through data mining technology,this research conduct a statistical analysis on the medical records data of Professor Chen Siqing for the treatment of Primary Liver Cancer(PLC).Then explore the thoughts of treatment,regularity of drug matching and effective prescriptions,summarize Professor Chen Siqing’s clinical experience and academic thoughts on diagnosis and treatment of PLC.Thus we can further study the "cancer toxin" theory and enrich the contents of TCM diagnosis and treatment of PLC.Methods:Throught out collecting and sorting out the medical records of Professor Siqing for the treatment of PLC,input the medical records that meet the standards into Excel2019.Datum are imported into SPSS Modeler18.0 and SPSS26.0 data mining system after data cleaning.Then descriptive statistical analysis,association rule analysis,clustering analysis and other statistical methods are used for data mining.At the same time,the network pharmacology method is used to explore the important medicine for the treatment of PLC.Based on Professor Chen Siqing’s clinical experience and typical medical records,the research results are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of clinical manifestations,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods,Chinese medicine and prescription and so on.Results:1.Basic information of medical records:This research includes 80 patients and 653 medical records,among which there are 60 males with 415 medical records,and 20 females with 238 medical records.The patients are mainly middle-aged and elderly,the youngest is 40 years old,the oldest is 88 years old,and 60～69 years old age group is the most.Among the related liver disease history records,Chronic Viral Hepatitis B,hepatectomy,Hepatic arterial interventional therapy and liver cirrhosis are more.2.Descriptive statistical results:In the medical records,high frequency clinical symptoms are fatigue,dry mouth,hypochondriac pain,liver palm,poor sleep,etc.High frequency auxiliary examination results are the rising of AST,the rising of GGT,the rising of ALT,peritoneal effusion,etc.High frequency coated tongues are the dark red color,the thin yellow greasy moss,the yellowish greasy moss,the red color,the thin moss,etc.High frequency pulse conditions are the string pulse,the thin pulse,the smooth pulse,etc.High frequency Chinese medicine are Turmeric,Lysimachia Christinae Hance,Coptis Chinensis,Sedum sarmentosum,Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata,Bile Arisaema,Rhizoma Typhonii,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Bombyx Batryticatus,Raw Oyster,etc.The main efficacy of the top 36 high-frequency Chinese medicine are increasing choleresis and removing jaundice,reducing phlegm and resolving masses,expelling wind and reducing phlegm,tonifying,clearing heat and removing toxicity,regulating Qi,etc.The prescription mainly contains 20～29 Chinese medicine,with a maximum of 36 and a minimum of 10.The prescription Chinese medicine total dose is mainly distributed in the range of 300～599g,with the maximum dose of 648g and the minimum dose of 170g.Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata dose is mainly distributed at 20g,15g and 25g,with the maximum dose of 30g and the minimum dose of 9g.Bile Arisaema dose is mainly distributed at 15g and 20g,with the maximum dose of 30g and the minimum dose of 10g.Rhizoma Typhonii dose is mainly distributed at 15g and 20g,with the maximum dose of 30g and the minimum dose of 10g.Raw Oyster dose is mainly distributed at 90g and 60g,with the maximum dose of 120g and the minimum dose of 30g.3.Association rule analysis results:Symptoms with strong correlation support are fatigue and dry mouth,loose stool,liver palm,poor sleep,dry mouth and liver palm,fatigue,poor sleep,hypochondriac pain and fatigue,poor sleep,etc.Coated tongues with strong correlation support are the dark red color and the thin yellow greasy moss,the thin moss,the yellowish greasy moss,the fissured tongue,the yellowish greasy moss and the dark red color,the red color,the reddish color,the red color and the thin yellow greasy moss,the yellowish greasy moss,the yellow greasy moss,etc.The pulse conditions with strong correlation support are the string pulse and the thin pulse,the smooth pulse,the rapid pulse,the thin pulse and the string pulse,the rapid pulse,the smooth pulse,etc.The Chinese medicine that often appear in pairs are the pairings of Turmeric,Lysimachia Christinae Hance,Coptis Chinensis,Sedum sarmentosum,Bile Arisaema,Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata and Rhizoma Typhonii.The three Chinese medicine that appear at the same time are the combination of Turmeric,Lysimachia Christinae Hance,Coptis Chinensis and Sedum sarmentosum.If the patient is suffering from hypochondriac pain,Lysimachia Christinae Hance,Turmeric,Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata,Coptis Chinensis,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Sedum sarmentosum,Bile Arisaema and Rhizoma Typhonii are often chosen.If the patient is suffering from dry mouth,Coptis Chinensis is often chosen.If the patient has liver palm,Coptis Chinensis,Sedum sarmentosum,Lysimachia Christinae Hance and Turmeric are often chosen.If ALT or AST rises,Lysimachia Christinae Hance,Turmeric,Sedum sarmentosum,Coptis Chinensis and Radix Bupleuri are often chosen.If GGT rises,Lysimachia Christinae Hance and Turmeric are often chosen.4.Medicine clustering analysis results:K-means cluster analysis shows that 8 lists of medicine combinations are obtained,most of which contains 11 kinds of medicine,including Turmeric,Lysimachia Christinae Hance,Coptis Chinensis,Sedum sarmentosum,Bile Arisaema,Rhizoma Typhonii,Bombyx Batryticatus,Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Raw Oyster and Fritillary Bulb.System clustering analysis result contains 5 groups of medicine,in which the first Ⅳ medicine are the same with these 11 medicine.It suggests that the basic prescription of PLC is made up of these 11 medicine.5.Preliminary results of network pharmacology:A total of 13 active ingredients of Pinellia Ternata are screened out,and a total of 75 related gene targets are identified,73 of which are coincident with Primary Liver Cancer gene targets.A total of 7 active ingredients of Rhizoma Arisaematis are screened out,and a total of 40 related gene targets are identified,39 of which are coincident with Primary Liver Cancer gene targets.A total of 3 active ingredients of Rhizoma Typhonii are screened out,and a total of 28 related gene targets are identified,all of which are coincident with Primary Liver Cancer gene targets.Conclusion:The main location of PLC is the liver,which may be involved with the spleen,kidney,heart and lung.Damp and heat run through the liver disease."Cancer toxin" and deficiency of vital qi are the main pathogenesis of PLC.The nature of "cancer toxin" may be related to wind and phlegm.Eliminating cancer and strengthening the body resistance is the basic therapeutic principle of PLC.Eliminating cancer specifically includes the treatment of expelling wind activating meridians,reducing phlegm and resolving masses,clearing heat and removing dampness,cooling blood and removing blood stasis and removing dampness and turbidity.At the same time,strengthening the body resistancet is mainly based on the therapeutic methods of reinforcing qi and nourishing yin.The pathogenesis of PLC is complex,so compound prescription is needed.In details,a variety of therapeutic methods are carried out around the core pathogenesis,and a variety of medicine are combined according to the primary and secondary therapeutic methods.The basic prescription of PLC involves three main therapeutic methods:clearing heat and removing dampness,expelling wind activating meridians and reducing phlegm and resolving masses.On this basis,PLC is divided into three basic syndrome types:liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,liver and gallbladder wetness-heat syndrome,liver and kidney yin-deficiency syndrome.
