Study On Medication Regularity Of Contemporary Famous Veteran Traditional Chinese Medicine Specialist Treating Reflux Esophagitis Based On Data Mining

Objective: This paper contributes to summarize the academic ideas and medication regularity objectively and digitally of famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)specialist in treating reflux esophagitis(RE),and provides reference for the future clinical treatment and scientific research.To make an objective and digital summary of the academic ideas and medication rules of contemporary famous veteran Chinese medicine practitioners in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,so as to provide reference for the future clinical treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:1.We collected and collated the medical cases of reflux esophagitis from the first to the fourth National Medical Masters,the first and second National Famous Chinese Medicine Practitioners,and the first to the sixth batches of National Old Chinese Medicine Experts Academic Inheritance Instructors published by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.2.Data mining software such as "Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform" was utilized to statistically analyze the data of reflux esophagitis cases,including pulse,symptoms,prescriptions,frequency of drugs,drug properties(four gases,five tastes,efficacy),core drugs,and commonly used drug pairs.3.The results of the data mining analysis were discussed to summarize the academic ideas and medication regularity in contemporary medical cases of reflux esophagitis treated by famous veteran TCM specialist.3.The results of the data mining were discussed to summarize the academic ideas and medication regularity of famous veteran TCM specialist in treating reflux esophagitisResults:1.The analysis showed that there were 201 cases of medical cases that met the inclusion requirements in the treatment of reflux esophagitis by famous and veteran Chinese medicine practitioners,and 213 Chinese herbal medicines were included,with a total frequency of 2831 times;the total number of high frequency medicines was 30,with a total frequency of 1748 times.2.Drug properties: most of the drugs entered the spleen and stomach meridians,and the four qi and five flavors were mainly warm and bitter drugs;their effects were mainly to dry dampness and resolve phlegm,clear heat and dry dampness,and lower rebellion and stop vomiting.3.The top 30 drugs in terms of frequency were analyzed for prescription identification,and 192 highly similar prescriptions and 4 classical prescriptions were obtained.4.Clustering analysis was performed on the top 30 drugs in terms of frequency,and six groups of commonly used drugs were obtained from contemporary cases of reflux esophagitis treated by famous veteran TCM doctors.5.16 data were obtained from the correlation analysis between TCM symptoms and herbal medicines.The commonly used herbal medicines for the evidence of liver and stomach depression and heat were Chai Hu,Huang Lian,Cuttlebone,Wu Zhu Wu and Chen Pi;the commonly used herbal medicines for the evidence of liver and stomach disharmony were Han Xia,Chai Hu,Cuttlebone and Bai Shao;the commonly used herbal medicines for the evidence of cold and heat mismatch were Scutellaria,Huang Lian,Han Xia and Gan Jiang;the commonly used herbal medicines for the evidence of bile-heat offending the stomach were Han Xia and Chai Hu.6.The correlation analysis of clinical manifestations and herbal medicines yielded a total of 18 correlation groups,and the following results were obtained: heartburn can be treated with Radix Panax,Huanglian and Baihu;acid reflux can be treated with Radix Panax,Huanglian,Baihu and Cuttlebone;belching can be treated with Radix Panax,Huanglian and Baihu;poor nausea can be treated with Radix Panax and Huanglian;dry mouth and bitter mouth can be treated with Huanglian,Radix Panax and Baihu.7.The drug correlation analysis yielded 28 pairs of commonly used drug pairs for reflux esophagitis cases,the first 10 pairs being Semen-Huanglian,Huanglian-Semen,Fu Ling-Semen,Chai Hu-Semen,Scutellaria-Semen,Chen Pi-Hanxia,cuttlebone-Hanxia,zhebeijia-Hanxia,wu huo-Huanglian,and scutellaria-Chaihu.8.Complex network analysis yielded 13 core drugs of reflux esophagitis medical cases,including: Sempervivum,Paeonia lactiflora,Radix Bupleurum,Chen Pi,Poria,Cuttlebone,Huang Lian,Glycyrrhiza glabra,Scutellaria baicalensis,Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum,Scutellaria zhejiangensis,Citrus aurantium,and Citrus aurantium.Conclusion:Contemporary famous veteran Chinese medicine practitioners in the treatment of reflux esophagitis pay attention to the selection of drug properties in their medical cases,with more drugs entering the spleen and stomach meridians and the four qi and five tastes being mainly warm,flat,cold,bitter,pungent and sweet.The reflux esophagitis in the medical case was dominated by liver and stomach heat,and the complex network analysis finally led to the core prescription of the famous veteran herbalist for the treatment of reflux esophagitis,which was based on the prescriptions of Semen,Bai Shao,Chai Hu,Chen Pi,Fu Ling,Cuttlebone,Huang Lian,Licorice,Scutellaria,Wu Ju Ju,Zhe Bei Mu,Xiang Shen,and Citrus aurantium,which showed that the treatment of RE was based on dredging liver and Qi,clearing heat and phlegm,lowering rebellion and harmonizing the stomach.
