An Analysis Of Medication Rulesand Academic Thought For Gastric Cancer Postoperation By Shen Minhe Based On Data Mining

Objectives By adopting auxiliary platform system(V2.5)with inheritage of traditional Chinese medicine,theStudy makes a retrospective research upon the medical cases by Shen Minhe,the archiater of traditional Chinese medicine,in the gastric cancer postoperation treatment,excavates the medication rules of archiater Shen Minhe,concludes and summarizes the clinical experience and academic thought of archiater Shen Minhe in order to provide theoretical basis and experience for the gastric cancer postoperation treatment.Methods The Study collects and sorts out the medical cases of gastric cancer postoperation performed in Shen Minhe's out-patient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2017 to December 31,2019,and filter them in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria where 104 patients with 372 times of medical cases are found.It enters the clinical data into the auxiliary platform system(V2.5)with inheritage of traditional Chinese medicine,establishes medical cases collection and storage data base.The method of frequency statistics is adopted which finds the ordinary sydromes,ordinary syndrome types,common medicines as well as the four properties,five tastes and channel tropism caused by gastric cancer postoperation;The method of correlation rules are applied to carry out correlation analysis between medicines based on improved mutual information method;On the basis of the analysis results of medicine correlation degree,the study chooses the appropriate correlation and punishment degree as constraints to carry out the medicine core combination analysis based on the entropy clustering of complex system;on this basis,it uses unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm to obtain a new prescription for the gastric cancer postoperation treatment;the common medicine correlation rules diagram,medicine core combination diagram and new prescription display chart are drawn according to results.Combining the results of data mining with the clinical experience,the studyconcludes and summerizes the clinical experience and academic thought of archiater Shen Minhe in the treatment of gastric cancer.Results(1)Among the 372 times of diagnosis of 104 patients,the frequently seen syndromes include asthenia,poor appetite,emaciation,gastric distention,loose stools,dry mouth,abdominal distention,acid regurgitation,etc;the statistical results of syndrome types demonstrate that there are five types of syndrome differentiation in gastric cancer postoperation by archiater Shen Minhe,and spleen stomach energy deficiency syndrome is the most common one among all;218 kinds of medicines have been used in this study,with a cumulative dose frequency of 3791 times,and with an average of 10.19 Chinese herbs in each prescription,where the most frequently used one ishoney-fried licorice root,and subsequently poria cocos,ginger processed pinellia,tangerine peel,jujube,codonopsis pilosula,astragalus membranaceus,parched white atractylodes rhizome,etc;Traditional Chinese medicine can be classified into 16 categories pursuant to its efficacy,Tonic medicines are the most frequently used;The statistics of four properties of medicine indicate that the warm medicines are the ones most frequently used;the statistics of five tastes indicate that the sweet medicines are the ones most frequently used;the statistics of medicine channel tropism indicate that the medicine belonging to spleen and stomach meridian are the ones most frequently used.(2)By using the method of correlation rules,9 medicine combinations and 8 prescription correlation rules have been found,and the core basic prescriptions have been dug out:codonopsis pilosula,poria cocos,parched white atractylodes rhizome,honey-fried licorice root,ginger processed pinellia,tangerine peel and jujube.(3)The entropy cluster method of complex system has been used to obtain 10 medicine core combinations,and the unsupervised entropy hierarchical cluster method has been used to obtain 5 new prescriptions on gastric cancer postoperation.Conclusion Archiater Shen Minhe considers that spleen deficiency is the main pathogenesis of gastric cancer postoperation,which is also marked by Qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm dampness,food accumulation and toxin coagulation.Treatment relys mainly on strengthening the body resistancewith particular emphasis on invigorating spleen and nourishingQi,supplemented with approaches of dispersing the liver and rectifingQi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood-stasis,resolving phlegm and clearing damp,eliminating stagnation and harmonizing stomach,as well as clearing away heat and toxic materials.Clinical medicines are mainly in sweet-warm and light dose with flexible compatibility.
