Clinical Observation Of Warming Yang And Dredging Collaterals In The Treatment Of Yang Deficiency And Collateral Stasis Syndrome Of Parkinson’s Disease

Objective: Through clinical control experiments,the effectiveness of Wenyang Tongluo method in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease Yang deficiency and stasis is evaluated,which provides a new idea for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Sixty patients who met the criteria were enrolled,randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases each.The control group was given Medopa,and the experimental group was given Medopa combined with guizhi plus tang flavor,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.After the treatment,the score changes of the two groups of UPDRS(ⅠⅡ Ⅲ),PQD-39 and TCM syndrome scales were observed,and statistical methods were used for comparative analysis.Results: There were originally 60 patients,57 patients actually completed the trial,29 cases in the experimental group,and 28 cases in the control group.After the end of the trial,according to the UPDRS(Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅲ)integral scale,PQD-39 integral scale,and self-imitation Yang deficiency stasis TCM syndrome scoring scale score,the two groups were compared between and within the group,and it was found that both groups had improved their condition,and the points were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group improved better than the control group,and after statistical analysis,in addition to the psychobehavioral emotion score,the treatment difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion: Both the experimental group and the control group had a certain effect,but the improvement in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group.This explanation shows that the application of Wenyang Tongluo method to treat Parkinson’s disease Yang deficiency network stasis is effective.
