Clinical Study In The Treatment Of H-type Hypertension With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Yiqi Huoxue Prescription

Objective:1.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription combined with Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets in the treatment of H-type hypertension with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.2.To explore the methods of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of h-type hypertension with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:In accordance with the "China hypertension prevention and Control Guide" Revised.Committee issued the "China hypertension prevention and Control Guide 2018 revised edition",The Chinese society of cardiology issued "h-type hypertension diagnosis and treatment of experts consensus" developed by western diagnostic standards,and The ministry of health issued the guiding principles for the clinical research of new Chinese medicine(trial trial in 2002)and formulated the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine.The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets,Treatment group on the basis of Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets combined with yiqi huoxue prescription,The course of treatment lasted for 14 days.To observe the changes of TCM symptom efficacy,blood pressure and serum Hcy level before and after the clinical study.Statistical analysis was used to evaluate its clinical efficacy scientifically.Results:1.Comparison of antihypertensive efficacy: The effective rate of antihypertensive in the treatment group was 89.7%,83.9% in the control group,and they can effectively reduce blood pressure levels,The antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,The divergence was statistically meaningful(P<0.05).2.Contradistinction of blood pressure in treatment room:The antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The divergence was statistically meaningful(P<0.05).3.Contradistinction of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring indexs after treatment:The indexes of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,The divergence was statistically meaningful(P<0.05).The treatment group had differences in dSBP and other factors,The treatment group was more valid in controlling ambulatory blood pressure than the other group.The divergence was statistically meaningful(P<0.05).4.Blood homocysteine levels were compared after treatment: After treatment,blood Hcy in both groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,the divergence was statistically meaningful(P<0.01).In terms of reducing serum Hcy level,the treatment group was better than the control group,the divergence was statistically meaningful(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome integral comparison:The decrease of TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was uncommonly better than that of the control group,The divergence was statistically meaningful(P<0.05).But it did not make sense to improvement in forgetfulness between the two groups,and the divergence was statistically meaningful(P<0.05).The treatment group was uncommonly better than the control group in reducing the main symptom,secondary symptom and total score,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).efficacy comparison:The total cure rates of the treatment group was 89.7%,71.0% about the control group,The treatment group was better than the control group,the divergence was statistically meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of h-type hypertension,the efficacy of yiqi huoxuang prescription combined with Enalprel Maleate Folic Acid Tablets was higher than that of Enalprel Maleate Folic Acid Tablets alone in the control of blood pressure,blood homocysteine level and improvement of TCM symptoms,and no obvious adverse reaction was found,which has the prospect of further development and research.
