| Objective:(1)To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Saorilao-4 decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma;(2)To further explore the effect of Saorilao-4 decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma;Methods:60 children diagnosed with bronchial asthma in the outpatient department of pediatrics of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the main research target of this study and randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases in total)and control group(30 cases in total).Children in both groups were given budesonide(0.5mg)twice daily by atomization inhalation+oral administration of monroste before bedtime at night(4mg at 3-6 years old;Over 6 years old,5mg);In the treatment group,the decoction was taken in combination with the decoction of Saorilao-4 decoction(1.5～2.5g at the age of 3-7 years;7-14 years old 2.0～3.3g)oral administration twice daily;The duration of treatment was 3 weeks:symptoms and signs were observed at the first,second and third weeks after treatment,and Serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)、Eosinophil count(EOS)and PEF values were detected before and after treatment.The two groups were compared.During the treatment period,the adverse drug reactions of children in the two groups were closely observed,and the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine Saorilao-4 decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma was evaluated.Results:1.Before receiving the treatment of diseases,all the children and patients participating in the study had no significant differences in data such as age(P>0.05),and the research method adopted in the study was feasible.2.The clinical signs and symptoms of the children in the treatment group and the control group improved significantly(P<0.05),and the treatment group rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).3.The PEF index of lung function in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the PEF index of children in the treatment group was improved,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).4.Serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)decreased in the two groups of children(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Eosinophil count(EOS)index of children in the treatment group and the control group decreased(P<0.05),and EOS index of children in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional treatment(Montelukast+Budesonide)joint sweeping day old-4 taste soup can improve the clinical efficacy of treatment of infantile bronchial asthma,children improve clinical symptoms and signs,improve immune function,children children improve lung function,the harm to human body is very low or even no any damage,stake drugs used in combination with high safety,can increase its proportion in clinical use. |
