Effect Of Buried Line Lifting Combined With Autogenous Fat Filling On Facial Rejuvenation

Objective:To study the clinical effect of embedding thread lifting combined with autogenous fat filling for facial rejuvenation.Methods:From September 2017 to January 2020,40 patients with facial skin relaxation,aging and depression in plastic surgery of the second affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,aged 30 to 60,were female in this group of 40 patients In this study,the effect of facial rejuvenation was compared with that of simple facial catgut lifting and catgut lifting combined with autogenous fat filling.40 female patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(simple facial catgut embedding lifting group)and the observation group(catgut embedding lifting combined with autogenous fat filling group).among them,20 cases in the control group and 20 cases in the observation group.the preoperative evaluation was all facial skin relaxation,aging with depression.In the control group,the skin was relaxed and sagged by pulling the face through bilateral catgut lifting operation,and the autogenous fat filling was performed after ascending catgut lifting on the basis of the control group operation method.The autogenous fat was filled in the face depression or the contour was not full.the patients in the two groups were followed up strictly after operation for 5-12 months,with an average follow-up time of 8 months.the effects of different treatment schemes on the effective indexes such as facial relaxation,depression relief,contour improvement,skin gloss enhancement,postoperative satisfaction,and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and analyzed by statistical method.Results:The results showed that the facial relaxation was more obvious in the observation group,the facial depression was more obvious,the facial contour was naturally beautiful,and the overall effect was more satisfactory after operation.The excellent and good rate of beauty effect obtained from the observation group was 95.00%significantly higher than that of the control group(p＜0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was not statistically significant between the observation group and the control group(p＞0.05).It can be seen that in addition to the basic operation of catgut catgut lifting,combined with autologous fat filling can further improve the beauty effect,the occurrence of adverse reactions compared with the simple catgut embedding lifting group has no statistical difference.The results showed that catgut lifting combined with autogenous fat filling was more obvious in the treatment of facial rejuvenation than that of simple catgut lifting.The facial sag relaxation was more obvious.the contour was more full,the skin was more glossy,the postoperative satisfaction was higher,and the facial skin condition of the patients was significantly improved.All the effective indexes in the observation group were improved better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p＜0.05).Conclusion:Simple embedding is suitable for patients with mild and moderate facial conditions,combined treatment is suitable for moderate and severe patients,combined treatment is more obvious than simple embedding to make facial relaxation,depression improvement,more full contour,more glossy skin,facial rejuvenation effect is significant,and will not increase surgery-related complications.It is a safe and effective micro-innovative technique,which provides an effective and satisfactory treatment for facial rejuvenation.
