Objective:A bad dream can bring a bad anesthetic experience to the patient, and intraoperative knowledge can have a huge psychological impact on the patient. The pursuit of comfort, personalization, and precision medicine today.Whether we can change the nature of dreams through artificial psychological intervention, reduce the anxiety of patients, and give patients a more comfortable anesthetic experience is the main purpose of this study. Methods:A total of 120 patients undergoing elective surgery were selected in our hospital. The operation time was 1-2 hours. The patients were divided into group A and group B by age.Group A was 18-35 years old,and group B was 36-50 years old.Patients in group A were randomly divided into experimental group A1 and control group A2.Patients in group B were also randomly divided into the B1 experimental group and the B2 control group. The experimental group was given personalized psychological intervention and psychological comfort one night before the operation(T0),and the control group was only given routine preoperative visits. The experimental group received psychological comfort enhancement and anxiety simulation score(AVAT)before entering the room on the day of surgery(T1),while the control group received only anxiety simulation score(AVAT).Under a certain depth of anesthesia monitoring, observe the degree of preoperative anxiety of patients at different ages, whether or not dreams occurred during the operation and the nature of the dreams, including the Brice questionnaire, and the anesthesia satisfaction score(VAS visual simulation score). Results: The incidence of group A dreams was about 25%,and the incidence of group B dreams was 13%.Most patients stated that they could not remember the specific content of the dream but the nature was positive and pleasant. There was a significant difference between the A1 group and the A2 group at the time of T1 at the visual analogue score(AVAT score)(P <0.05);the anesthesia satisfaction VAS score was significantly different(P <0.05).There was a significant difference in AVAT scores between group B1 and B2(P <0.05);there was also a significant difference in VAS scores for anesthesia satisfaction(P <0.05).Conclusion:Under intravenous anesthesia, young people have a higher incidence of dreams than older people, and the nature of dreams is mostly positive;personalized preoperative psychological intervention can significantly reduce the preoperative anxiety of patients and improve their satisfaction with anesthesia...
