Expression And Clinical Significance Of Paired Related Homeobox-1 Protein In Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma

Purpose To investigate the expression and clinical significance of paired related homoeobox 1(PRRX1)in endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods Select 267 cases of the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university and anhui chaohu hospital affiliated to medical university from 2010 to 2018 endometrial tissue specimens,including 86 cases of normal endometrium,endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia,90 cases,91 cases of adenocarcinoma of endometrium sample,immunohistochemical staining in detection,observe different PRRX1 expression in endometrial tissue sample and endometrial adenocarcinoma clinical pathological parameters PRRX1 relationships.Results PRRX1 protein was mainly expressed in the nucleus of endometrial adenocarcinoma.The positive rate of PRRX1 in the tissues of 91 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma was 79.1%,higher than that of normal endometrial patients(0.0%)and endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia patients(10.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma,according to the FIGO classification,the positive rate of PRRX1 expression in grade FIGO 1 was lower than that in grade FIGO 2 and 3,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to age,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis,the positive rate of PRRX1 was close,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of PRRX1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma is high and correlated with FIGO grading.
