Objective According to the latest research,the prevalence of high myopia is on the rise,and it is becoming younger.Compared with keratorefractive surgery,implantable contact lens(ICL)implantation is safe and effective in the treatment of high myopia,and has good biocompatibility and reversibility,which provides a better choice for high myopia patients.In this study,the double pass optical quality analysis system Ⅱ(OQASⅡ)was used to observe and analyze the clinical effect of ICL implantation on high myopia.Methods Observational cross-sectional study.From December 2017 to September2019,71 eyes of 36 patients with high myopia who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University for feasible ICL implantation were selected,and all patients were operated.All patients need to check intraocular pressure,ocular axis,anterior chamber depth,corneal endothelial cell count,IOL master and fundus examination after mydriasis before operation;The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA),objective scattering index(OSI),modulation transfer function(MTF),Strobil(SR)and 100%,20% and 9% of predicted VA were obtained in all patients.The data is represented by (?)±s.Spss19.0 software is used for analysis of variance,LSD-t test and other statistical analysis.Results The BCVA of the patients before and after the operation was 0.1789±0.2150,the UCVA of the patients after the operation was 0.0662±0.1362,0.0225 ±0.1267 and-0.0169±0.1095,respectively.The UCVA of the patients after the operation was p <0.01 compared with the BCVA of the patients before the operation The recovery of UCVA was improved day by day,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Compared with the preoperative OSI,MTF,Sr and predicted va9%,20% and100%,the postoperative parameters of 1 wk,1 mo and 3 mo were improved.The values of OSI,MTF,Sr and predicted va100%,20% and 9% were 3.5191±4.0728,24.6759±14.2767,0.1447±0.0753,0.3485±0.2252,0.5758±0.3601 and 0.8231±0.4760.The parameters of 1 week after operation were 1.8029 ± 1.6114,28.4254±11.7775,0.1606±0.0585,0.3931±0.1729,0.6623±0.2911,0.9473±0.3919.And 1 month after operation were 1.2918±0.9830,31.5683±10.5091,0.1745±0.0568,0.4407±0.1761,0.7359±0.2807,1.0531±0.3499.Three months after operation,the parameters were0.7435±0.5825,38.9066±10.8746,0.2178±0.0582,0.5811±0.1863,0.9556±0.3091,1.2965±0.3635.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion Through the analysis and observation,the patients with high myopia can be effectively corrected after ICL implantation,and the naked vision can be significantly improved.Through the analysis of two channel objective visual quality analysis system II,the MTF,Sr and predicted va9%,20% and 100% of patients after ICL implantation were higher than those before operation,while the OSI after operation was lower than that before operation,indicating that the visual quality of patients with high myopia was improved.
