Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）has been produced in China for thousands of years,and the development of TCM characteristic industry in the new era has become an important link in the development of China’s medical and health industry.Carrying out the policy of attaching equal importance to Chinese medicine and Western medicine in our country,establishing a management system conforming to the characteristics of Chinese medicine,giving full play to the role of Chinese medicine in our country’s medical and health undertakings^[1].Chinese Medicine Health Tourism Industry is a unique industry in China,so we have not analyzed the status quo of similar research abroad.Because of China’s vast territory and large population,the prospects of Chinese medicine market have long been valued by the international community.At the same time,facing the increasing trend of people’s demand for health preservation,the untapped potential of Chinese medicine health tourism industry is still to be tapped,which needs the continuous efforts of all parties in society.In the context of encouraging the development of traditional Chinese medicine,the state has combined the tourism industry with the health service industry to ensure that the people have a deeper impression of the concept of independent health care in traditional Chinese medicine tourism.So that the people have a greater sense of identity with the traditional Chinese culture,especially the traditional Chinese medicine-related culture.The goal is to allow visitors to prevent and treat diseases,rest and recuperation,fitness and recreation,Life extension.With the development of society and the increasing demand of people,many regions have gradually established integrated industries combining health and tourism,featuring pharmaceutical and health care products,take the recuperation oneself and the health preservation traveling service as the selling point Chinese medicine traveling project to be able to quickly Meng Development.Taking local areas as an example,the Chinese medicine health tourism industry in Gansu,Guangdong,Beijing,Jiangxi,Guangxi and other provinces and regions has developed rapidly,showing the unique cultural atmosphere of Chinese medicine in various places,at the same time,the number of tourists produced by traditional Chinese medicine tourism industry has also increased greatly,which has greatly improved the economic benefits of traditional Chinese Medicine Health Tourism Industry^[2].Therefore,innovation and scientific development has become the main theme of Contemporary China’s development.Nowadays,it is more and more difficult for the talent-training model to meet the needs of economic and social development,so as to eliminate the drawbacks of the current talent-training model in colleges and universities and build a multi-party combination of government,universities,pharmaceutical industry and tourism industry,the cultivation of talents’comprehensive ability is the key point,and the collaborative innovation is the most important one.In this paper,a comprehensive use of literature research,Delphi method and other research methods,the health tourism of traditional Chinese Medicine Innovative high-end talent training model to actively explore and analyze,taking the experts in the related fields oftraditional Chinese medicine tourism management of Jiangxi Province as the consulting object of the Delphi method experts,this paper gives a new explanation on the mechanism of training innovative high-end talents in health tourism.This paper first studies and analyzes the relevant theories and the current research situation at home and abroad by the methods of Literature Research,and then uses the methods of literature research,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of health tourism management professionals in China and the demand situation of Chinese medicine health tourism in China,and finally uses variousresearch methods such as literature research and Delphi method,etc.,this paper studies and analyzes the training mechanism of innovative high-end talents of Health Tourism Management Specialty of traditional Chinese medicine.Including the establishment of a new training mechanism for innovative high-end talents in health tourism of Chinese medicine,and the research and analysis of the orientation of Innovative high-end talents training and related curriculum setting through expertconsultation.The research results can provide some ideas for the relevantuniversities to formulate the training mode of Chinese Medicine Health Tourism Specialty,promote the research process of the related training plan theory work,and promote the further development of Chinese medicine health tourism,it also provides certain reference for the Enterprise Organization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Tourism.
