Objective:To investigate the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in women aged 14-25,the degree of pain and the distribution of TCM syndromes by questionnaire;to study the pain degree of primary dysmenorrhea and the correlation between TCM syndrome and region;the correlation and distribution of three kinds of evil of cold and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea,to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with a view to improving women’s quality of life.Method:By consulting the relevant literature and clinical experience of the tutor,referring to the opinion of the tutor and related experts self-made questionnaire,collected 95 8 questionnaires from March 2019 to January 2020,a total of 318 cases met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study.The data are checked and entered into a Excel table,and the data are cluster analysis,frequency analysis and Spearman method analysis processing by SPSS19.0 software,and finally the relevant conclusions are drawnResults:1.This study were included 318 cases of primary dysmenorrhea,and primary dysmenorrhea was 84.98%among women aged 14-25 years.In this study:the Syndrome of deficiency of kidney qi were 68 cases,accounting for 21%;the Syndrome of damp-heat and blood stasisoccupied were 63 cases,accounting for 20%;the syndromecold of coagulation and blood stasis were 88 cases,accounting for 28%;the syndromecold of deficiency of qi and blood were 66 cases,accounting for 21%,The syndrom of qi stagnation and blood stasis were 33 cases accounting for 10%.There were 13 3 cases of mild primary dysmenorrhea,41.8%of the total;130 cases of moderate primary dysmenorrhea,40.8%of the total;55 cases of severe primary dysmenorrhea,17.3%of the total2.There were more moderate pain and the Syndrome of damp-heat and blood stasisoccupied in the southeast coast,more mild pain and the Syndrome of deficiency of kidney qi in the central region,and more moderate pain and the syndromecold of coagulation and blood stasis in the north;In each age group,cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome was the first,followed by deficiency of qi and blood deficiency syndrome and deficiency of kidney qi syndrome in the two age groups,14-19 years to mild pain,20-2 5 to medium pain The syndrome type and pain degree of dysmenorrhea are different in area and age distribution3.There is a positive correlation between the three kinds of evil of cold in cold theory and the degree of dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrhea of blood stasis type,the did not pay attention to keep warm was most among them,accounting for 72.3%Conclusion①The incidence of primary dysmenorrhea was 84.98%;②The syndrome type of primary dysmenorrhea is common in cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and the distribution of TCM syndromes and pain degree was differences in regional;③There was a positive correlation between the evil of cold and the degree of dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrhea of blood stasis type,the did not pay attention to keep warm was most among them,accounting for 72.3%.
