Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema By Nourishing Blood And Moistening Dry Decoction Combined With Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of "Nourishing blood and moistening dry soup" combined with " Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream"(MPC)in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods: 126 patients with chronic eczema who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 1(42 cases),treatment group 2(42 cases)and control group(42 cases).In the treatment group 1,the self-designed formula "nourishing blood and moistening dry soup" was taken orally in combination with topical " Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream ".In treatment group 2,oral administration of "Runzao antipruritic capsule" combined with topical administration of " Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream " was used.Control group only oral "Runzao antipruritic capsule".A total of 6 cases were lost during observation.Observe for 4 weeks(28 days),judge the curative effect.During the observation,the eczema area and severity index score(EASI),subjective TCM syndrome score,quality of life score(DLQI),and the changes of serum total Ig E level before and after treatment were recorded in the three groups before and after treatment.Meanwhile,the adverse reactions and recurrence during treatment were recorded.Results:1.After treatment,EASI score and DLQI score of patients in the three groups were significantly improved,and the improvement degree of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was better than that of control group(P < 0.05),and the improvement degree of treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2(P < 0.05).2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were significantly improved,of which the improvement degree of treatment group1 was better than that of control group(P < 0.05)and it was also better than treatment group 2(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the serum Ig E level of the three groups wassignificantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the improvement degree of treatment group 1 and and treatment group 2 was better than that of control group(P < 0.05),and the improvement degree of treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.In the treatment of chronic eczema,"Nourishing blood and moistening dry soup" combined with " Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream " can effectively improve patients’ EASI score,TCM syndrome score and DLQI score,as well as reduce serum Ig E level.2."Nourishing blood and moistening dry soup" combined with "Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream " is a safe and effective treatment for chronic eczema.
