Clinical Observation Of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream Combined With Desonide Cream In The Treatment Of Infantile Eczema

Objective: The treatment of infantile eczema was treated with Desonide Cream combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream,Desonide Cream alone,and Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream alone.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups were observed,and the efficacy and safety of the three treatments for infantile eczema were compared.Methods: In this study,300 infantile eczema patients from the dermatology clinic of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into three groups,100 in each group.Observation group: Desonide Cream combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream for external application,the two were applied to the affected area twice,d/,after the rash was cured,the Desonide Cream was changed to 1 time/d,Sulphur.The Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream maintains treatment.Control group A: topical Desonide Cream,2 times / d,after the rash was cured,changed to 1 time / d.Control group B: topical Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream,2 times / d.All three groups of treatments were 2 weeks,and the drug was discontinued after 2 weeks.The patients were interviewed at the first,second,and fourth weeks,and the rash was recorded separately.The EASI scores were scored and counted for all the lesions before and after treatment.Results: After 1 week of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 69.00%,the effective rate of the control group A was 66%,and the effective rate of the control group B was 36.67%.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group A(P>0.05),and the curative effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group B(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 88.00%,the effective rate of the control group A was 77.00%,and the effective rate of the control group B was 51.11%.There were significant differences in the efficacy of the three groups(P<0.05).The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group A and the control group B.The efficacy of the control group A was significantly better than that of the control group B.After 4 weeks,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 22.00%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 48.00%.The recurrence rate was 26.67%.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group A(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the observation group and the control group A during the treatment period.Two of the control group B patients developed local erythema swelling and other irritation symptoms after 2 days of treatment,and were relieved after stopping the drug.Conclusion: Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream combined with Desonide Cream is more effective in treating infantile eczema,with less recurrence rate and adverse reactions,and is relatively safe.It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
