Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture around acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture in treating occipital neuralgia, and to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of occipital neuralgia. Methods:A total of 105 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected, and the patients were divided into groups A,B and C according to the time sequence of the first visit using the random number table method.Group A adopted the traditionalacupuncture method, referring to the sunheadache treatment method in the textbook of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the 13 th five-year plan of Chinese medical colleges.taking Ashi acupoints,Tianzhu,Houding,Fengchi,Houxi and Shenmai;Group B adopted peri-acupuncture and traditional acupuncture, namely, the peri-acupuncture of Ashi point and the remaining points were the same as group A.In group C adopted electroacupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture, that is,Ashi acupoint was applied with electroacupuncture on the basis of peri-acupuncture,and the remaining acupoints were the same as group A.The depth of acupuncture depends on the anatomical characteristics of each acupoint. After all the above points reached qi,the needle was retained for 30 min, once a day,6 times for a course of treatment, rest 1 day between the courses,a total of 2 courses of treatment. The scores of visual analogue scale(Visual analogue scale,VAS),headache impact test questionnaire-6(Headache Impact Test-6,HIT-6)and Hamilton anxiety scale(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)of the three groups were observed respectively. The clinical efficacy of the three groups was evaluated and compared according to the scores of each group. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using the software SPSS 25.0.Results:1.VAS score: Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05),suggesting comparability. After treatment, using the nonparametric test statistics,VAS scores of three groups of patients before and after treatment were statistically difference(P<0.05),suggesting three treatment methods in the treatment of occipital neuralgia were effective,VAS score three groups of patients after treatment by the comparison between groups, statistically significant difference(P<0.05),are compared, and two further reduce VAS score is better than that of group A and group C,group B is better than that of group B and C group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant, including tip circumference combined with traditional acupuncture curative effect is distinct in terms of lower VAS score.2.HIT-6 score: Before treatment, after a single factor analysis of variance, comparing the differences in HIT-6 scores of the three groups of patients before treatment,P>0.05,no statistical significance, and comparable. After treatment, after comparison within the group, the scores of the three groups of patients were lower than before treatment, which was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the three treatment methods were all effective in reducing the HIT-6 score.Academic significance(P<0.05),further multiple comparisons afterwards,no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05),group C compared with groups A and B,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant, prompt There was no significant difference between groups A and B in reducing HIT-6 score, while group C was better than groups A and B.3.HAMA scale: Before treatment, after one-way analysis of variance, there was no significant difference between the three groups of patients on the HAMA scale score(P>0.05),which was comparable. After treatment, the HAMA scale scores of the three groups of patients in the group were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the three methods were effective in reducing the HAMA scale score. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After multiple comparisons, the score of Group C wassignificantly lower than that of Groups A and B,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Group A compared with Group B,There are obvious differences(P<0.05),indicating that group C is better than groups A and B in improving patients’ anxiety, and group B is better than group A.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate was 75.75%in group A,85.29% in group B,and 94.11% in group C.The rank sum test showed that P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Further comparison between groups C and A,B,and B compared with group A,P<0.05 and the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the overall efficacy of group C was better than that of group A and group B,and group B was better than group A.Conclusion:1.Traditional acupuncture,peri-acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture, and electroacupuncture combined with peri-acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture can significantly improve the pain and headache induced anxiety of patients with occipital neuralgia and the impact of headache on daily life, and the curative effect is positive.2.The effect of electroacupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture on occipital neuralgia is definite, better than traditional acupuncture and peripuncture combined with traditional acupuncture, and the effect of peripuncture combined with traditional acupuncture is better than traditional acupuncture.
