Clinical Study On Acupuncture Treating Occipital Neuralgia

Objective:study on acupuncture at jiaji acupoint and clinical curative effect of treatment of occipital neuralgia ASHI,provide effective treatment for occipital neuralgia treated with acupuncture method and provides scientific and objective basis for clinical treatment.Methods:90 patients with occipital neuralgia of traditional acupuncture group,control group randomly divided into treatment and drug control group of 30 cases,treatment with acupuncture of jiaji points and ASHI as the primary treatment,traditional acupuncture control group used the textbook of acupuncture in treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,treated by carbamazepine tablets for oral administration drug control group. Observation on three groups of patients before and after treatment of visual analog score, scoring six,effect of symptom score changes,assessing curative effect.Results:1, on the Visual analog score curative effect of treatment with two control groups have significant difference statistically(P<0.05); two control group no significant difference in efficacy, not statistically significant(P>0.05).2, the behavior scoring six curative effect of treatment with two control groups have significantly different, statistically(P<0.05); two control group no significant difference in efficacy, not statistically significant(P>0.05).3, the symptom effect evaluation of clinical effect of treatment with two control groups have significant differences, statistically(P<0.05); two control group no significant difference in efficacy, not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:acupuncture at jiaji points and ASHI as the primary method of treatment is effective for treating occipital neuralgia,improve patients quality of life,better than traditional acupuncture or medicine and therapeutic effect in treatment of the disease.
