ObjectiveAfter laparoscopic hysterectomy, two methods of suturingvaginal stump were used: translaparoscopic and transvaginal, respectively, unidirectional barbed wire was used and available absorbable suture was used for suturing, and the suturing effect was compared. It is used to guide clinical application selection and provide new ideas and methods for clinical selection.Methods200 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy from August 2017 to August 2019 were analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into four groups: experimental group 1(50 cases of vaginal stumps were sutured by unidirectional barbed wire under laparoscope),experimental group 2(50cases of vaginal stumps were sutured by unidirectional barbed wire through vagina),control group 1(50 cases of vaginal stumps were sutured by available absorbable suture under laparoscope),and control group 2(50cases of vaginal stumps were sutured by available absorbable suture through vagina). The four groups were compared in operation time, the intraoperative blood loss and vaginal stump suture time during the operation. The vaginal stump suture time, the amount of bleeding of vaginal stump and the incidence of vaginal stump polyps at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after the operation was compared.ResultsCompared with control group 1,experimental group 1 had shorter vaginal stump suture time, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with experimental group 2,experimental group 1 hadshorter bleeding time and less bleeding from vaginal stump, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group 1,control group 2 had shorter vaginal suture time, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with experimental group 2,control group 2 had less vaginal stump bleeding, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Unidirectional barbed wire was used to suture the vaginal stump under laparoscopy, which could save the operation time and suture time and reduce the amount of blood loss during the operation. The vaginal stump was sutured with available absorbable suture through the vagina, and the postoperative bleeding volume of the vaginal stump was less, the bleeding time was shorter, and the polyp incidence was lower.ConclusionAfter laparoscopic hysterectomy,it is better to choose unidirectional barbed wire to suture the vaginal stump under laparoscope, and it is better to choose available absorbable suture to suture the vaginal stump through vagina.
