Research Of The Correlation Between The Distribution Of TCM Constitution And Syndrome Type And The Relationship Of Anxiety And Depression In Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Objectives:The study aims to find the correlation of the distribution of TCM constitution and syndrome types,as well as the relationship of anxiety and depression in patients with Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI),in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of POI and the basis for the prevention of POI.Methods:The patients who are willing to join in the study in a hospital in Chengdu that completely fit the diagnosis&inclusion criteria of POI are investigated to fill the questionnaire such as the "patients’ general information,the “TCM symptom Scale”,the "TCM Constitution Scale",the "self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)"and the "self rating Depression Scale(SDS)".Then Set up the information database and at last,the SPSS25.0 will be used for statistical analysis of data.Results:(1)The proportion of TCM constitution in 120 POI patients is 7.5%gentleness constitution,and the biased constitution is 92.5%.Among the biased constitution,Yin deficiency constitution is 28.3%,Yang deficiency is 19.2%,qi stagnation constitution is 17.5%,qi deficiency constitution is 10.8%,phlegm-dampness constitution is 9.2%,blood stasis constitution is 5.0%,and allergic constitution is 2.5%;(2)The TCM syndromes of 120 POI patients are mainly distributed in kidney Yin deficiency(16.7%),kidney deficiency and liver stagnation(15.8%),spleen deficiency and liver stagnation(15.0%),spleen Yang deficiency(11.7%)and kidney Yang deficiency(10.0%);(3)There is a regular of distribution between TCM constitution and TCM syndrome types.Patients with Yin deficiency constitution are prone to kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Patients with Yang deficiency constitution are prone to kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and spleen Yang deficiency syndrome.Qi stagnation constitution is prone to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome;Blood stasis constitution is prone to spleen deficiency and liver depression syndrome;(4)Among the 120 POI patients,the anxiety is mainly concentrated in mild anxiety,accounting for 40.83%.Depression is mainly concentrated in mild depression,accounting for51.7 percent;(5)The TCM constitution has nothing to do with anxiety or depression in120 POI patients(p > 0.05);(6)There is a correlation between TCM syndrome type and depression in 120 POI patients(p < 0.065),mainly distributed in spleen deficiency and liver depression syndrome,kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome.Conclusions:(1)The constitution of POI patients is mainly distributed in biased constitution.The biased constitution is mainly consisted by Yin deficiency constitution,Yang deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution;(2)There is a certain distribution regular between the constitution and syndrome type of POI patients;(3)Anxiety and depression are highly distributed in POI patients;(4)Different TCM syndromes of POI patients are closely related to depression,among which spleen deficiency and liver depression syndrome are the most common,followed by kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome.
