Clinical Research On The Effect Of Chinese Medicine Supporting Manipulation On Perianal Abscess Blood Coagulation Status

Objective: To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Supporting Manipulation on the blood coagulation status of perianal abscess,summarize the clinical effect and discuss the mechanism.Methods: In accordance with the principle of randomization,80 patients of perianal abscess are divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group: oral Chinese medicine: With the Chinese Medicine Supporting Manipulation,in the early period,when toxic heat flourishing,we can clear away and dissipate heat,toxic materials and stasis.Miraculous Decoction can be chosen for treating and control the doses.In the period of fester,while heat toxin and fire toxin are stagnated in the body,toxic substances can be removed and the mass can be dispersed.In the late period,after the deficiency of Yin appears,collaterals are centralized and blood new mechanism is implemented.All these are joint with surgery,static drops of antibiotics and wound dressing treatment.On the other hand,control group was treated with surgery,static drops of antibiotics and wound dressing.Two groups of treatment both last for 3 weeks,two groups of patients’ body temperature ratings,pain score,wound area reduced rate,wound secretion exudation,WBC,neutrophil percentage,platelet count,prothrombin time,partial prothrombin time,thrombin time,fibrinogen and plasma D-dimer ratio are observed.Then the two groups of patients’ indexes are measured and analyzed,finally the results are discussed.Results: Comparing two groups of patients of temperature change score during the observation period,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Comparing two groups of patients’ wound pain score on hospitalized the third and the seventh day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment groupwas better than the control group in relieving pain;Comparing wo groups of patients’ wound area reduced rate on hospitalized the fourteenth and the twenty-first day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was faster than the control group in wound healing;Comparing two groups of patients’ wound secretion seepage situation on the seventh and the fourteenth day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the exudate of the wound secretion in the treatment group was less than that in the control group;Comparing two groups of patients’ white blood cell count and neutrophils ratio on the third day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing inflammatory index;Comparing two groups of patients’ platelet count ratio,APTT,TT,PT,FBG,D-dimer differences on the third and the seventh day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of abnormal coagulation in treatment group was lower than that in control group.Conclusion:1.Comparing with the control group,Chinese Medicine Supporting Manipulation has obvious advantages in relieving clinical symptoms and promoting wound healing by changing the blood coagulation status in different crissum abscess periods,adjusting the blood coagulation index,thereby inhibiting inflammatory reaction.2.Chinese Medicine Supporting Manipulation will cure perianal abscess through clearing away and dissipating heat,toxic materials and stasis in the early period,removing toxic substances and dispersing detoxification in the medium-term fights and centralizing collaterals and implementing blood new mechanism in the late period.
