Objective :To observe the effect of cupping and bloodletting therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in Mongolian medicine, and to explore the effect and mechanism of cupping and bloodletting therapy in Mongolian medicine. Methods : From December 2018 to June 2019,60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were treated in the outpatient department of Mongolian Medical University Affiliated People’s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected as subjects in this study. They were divided into three groups by random number table method.30 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were included in the treatment group and 30 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were included in the control group.Point selection:Heyi point,Jianqian point and Jianhou point are treated successively.Among them, the treatment group used Mongolian medicine cupping and bleeding therapy, and the control group used Mongolian medicine acupuncture therapy. The follow-up time was one month. Before and after treatment,NPQ neck pain scale, symptom scale and vas visual score simulation scale were used to evaluate the curative effect of the two groups, and the database was established by filling in the scale.5ml blood was taken before and after the course of treatment. The centrifuged serum was stored in the refrigerator, which was convenient for sending for examination. The detection indexes were IL-6,IL-1 β,TNF-α,SOD and GSH.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:Comparing the treatment group with the control group: the clinical significant effect of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the significant effect of the control group was83.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The NPQ neck pain scale was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,SOD and GSH in the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was statistical significance in the comparison of IL-1 β value within the group(P < 0.05),but no statistical significance between the groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Through this study,we conclude that Mongolian medicine cupping and blood letting therapy and acupuncture therapy have better clinical effect in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Through the observation of Mongolian medicine cupping and bloodletting therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,it canbe concluded that this therapy has a faster effect in reducing pain at the same time.Mongolian medicine cupping and bloodletting therapy can significantly reduce the symptom score, vas visual simulation score and NPQ neck pain scale to reduce symptoms.Mongolian medicine cupping and bloodletting therapy can reduce the content of TNF-a,IL-1 β,IL-6 in serum to achieve effective anti-inflammatory effect.Mongolian medicine cupping and bloodletting therapy can effectively antagonize free radical injury and improve tissue antioxidant capacity by increasing serum SOD activity and GSH content.
