Objective: To explore the clinical benefit and value of Mongolian acupuncture combined with cupping and bloodletting in the treatment of lower limb motor dysfunction caused by SA disease. Methods: 60 patients with lower limb motor dysfunction in the convalescent stage of stroke included in the research standard of this subject were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was given basic medical treatment(basic drugs + exercise therapy + physiotherapy)combined with Mongolian medicine acupuncture and cupping bloodletting therapy. The treatment period was 28 days.Mongolian medicine acupuncture therapy was given once a day,30 minutes each time,6 days a week.Mongolian medicine cupping bloodletting therapy was performed once at the initial stage of treatment and once at the middle stage of treatment.30 cases in the control group were given basic medical treatment combined with Mongolian medicine acupuncture for 28 days.Mongolian medicine acupuncture was given once a day,30 minutes each time,6 days a week. Results: the total effective rate was 82.33% in the treatment group and 71.88% in the control group. After one course of treatment, the lower limb muscle strength, stroke grade, lower limb score,ROM,balance function and ADL of the patients were improved compared with those before treatment, which was statistically significant after statistical analysis(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Mongolian medicine acupuncture combined with cupping and bloodletting has a certain impact on the diagnosis and treatment of lower limb motor dysfunction caused by SA disease, which is worthy of promotion in clinical application.2.Mongolian medicine acupuncture combined with cupping and bloodletting can improve the comprehensive motor function of lower limbs and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.3.improving the lower limb motor function of stroke patients in convalescent stage is one of the important conditions for stroke patients to return to family and society.
