Clinical Observation Of Placebo Parallel Control On The Treatment Of Biqiu(Allergic Rhinitis) With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Based On The Method Of "Treatment With Lung And Heart"

BACKGROUND: Allergic Rhinitis(AR),a nasal mucosal inflammatory disease mediated by Ig E,is a rapidly growing respiratory disease worldwide with a global average incidence of between 10% and 40% [1].The symptoms of this disease bring inconvenience to the life and work of patients,and also easily induce sinusitis,nasal polyps,otitis media,bronchial asthma and other diseases [2].Nasal spray has become one of the most important ways to treat AR.At present,it is clinically found that although the western medicine treatment has a quick effect,it is prone to relapse and has many problems with large side effects,and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment has great advantages in these aspects.AR belongs to the category of "bd" in Chinese medicine.Chinese medicine has studied it for thousands of years.Most doctors treat allergic rhinitis from the lungs,spleen and kidney,but the combination of heart and lung to cause allergic rhinitis is often ignored.From the perspective of "treatment with lung and heart ",the tutor used the traditional Chinese medicine theory to make an external nasal spray-kemin qi-dan nasal spray to treat AR patients with "qi deficiency and blood stasis",and found that the therapeutic effect was obvious and the recurrence could be effectively controlled.OBJECTIVEB:Based on the theory of "treatment with lung and heart",the author applied the prescription made by the tutor to treat allergic rhinitis patients with "qi deficiency and blood stasis" by topical administration of kermin qidan nasal spray.METHODS: The study by random single blind and placebo parallel controlled clinical trial design methods,will satisfy the standard of the studies in 36 cases of allergic rhinitis outpatients were randomly divided into group A(treatment group)and group B(the placebo control group): treatment group with homemade new nasal spray nasal spray,1,3 times,each time 2 per side nasal spray;The control group was given placebo nasal spray,3 times a day,2 times for each side of the nasal cavity,continuous use for 14 days.Nasal symptoms,signs,RQLQ scale,symptoms of qi deficiency(self-sweating,shortness of breath,lazy speech,fatigue,fear of wind and cold,low voice),blood stasis symptoms(purple and dark tongue,dark complexion,bruise,wrong skin,limb numbness or hemiplegia)were recorded before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.Finally,statistical softw are SPSS23.0 is used to analyze the data.RESULTS: Comparison between groups: 1.After 1 week of treatment,the conditions and p values of each symptom in the treatment group and the control group were > 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of the condition,and the symptoms did not improve.P value of turbinate under nasal endoscopy was > 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in turbinate changes between the treatment group and the control group after 1 week of treatment.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the condition,efficacy evaluation and p value of each symptom in the treatment group and the control group were all < 0.05,indicating that the treatment grou p had better treatment effect than the control group after 2 weeks of treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving symptoms and conditions.Nasal endoscopic examination of the turbinate size p value < 0.05,suggesting that after 2 weeks of treatment the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing turbinate swelling.1.In the treatment group,after 1 week of treatment,sneezing,nasal congestion,runny nose,sleep,actual problems,and eye symptoms were significantly improved after 1 week of external treatment with nasal spray.P value of > 0.05 for nasal itching,turbinate size,qi deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,non-eye/nose symptoms and emotional problems was not statistically significant,that is,nasal itching,turbinate size,qi deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,non-eye/nose symptoms and emotional problems were not significantly improved after 1 week of treatment.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,p values of all symptoms and signs in the treatment group were all < 0.05,that is,all symptoms of rhinitis,qi deficiency,blood stasis and turbinate size were significantly improved.3.P values of all symptoms and signs in the control group were > 0.05 after 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,and there was no significant change in all symptoms and signs.4.After 2 weeks of treatment,17 patients in the treatment group were effective and 2 patients were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 89.5%.The control group was effective in 0 patients and ineffective in 17 patients after 2 weeks of treatment.There were two cases of nasal discomfort in the experimental group,and the rest did not show discomfort,indicating the safety of drugs in the two groups.CONCLUSIONS: 1.In this study,it can be seen that the treatment of bd(allergic rhinitis) with kemin qi Dan nasal spray based on the method of "treatment with lung and heart" is superior to placebo nasal spray in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood s tasis.2."treatment with lung and heart" external treatment can effectively relieve the symptoms of qi deficiency(self-sweating,shortness of breath,lazy speech,body fatigue,fear of wind and cold,low voice)and blood stasis symptoms(purple and dark tongue,dark complexion,bruises,wrong nail skin,numbness or hemiplegia).3.No serious adverse reactions occurred in this group,and the drugs tested in this group are safe.
