Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung Qi Deficiency And Cold Pattern By External Washing Of Biqiu Irrigating Liquid

ObjectiveIn this study,Biqiu irrigating liquid was used to assist the treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung qi and cold pattern.On the one hand,to observe the improvement degree of external washing of Biqiu irrigating liquid on symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold pattern,such as nasal itching,sneeze,rhinorrhea,nasal obstruction.On the other hand,to evaluate the clinical effect of Biqiu irrigating liquid,so as to provide the clinical experimental basis for the next step of auxiliary treatment of allergic rhinitis with rhinorrhea Biqiu irrigating liquid.MethodsFrom April 2019 to December 2019,we collected 100 patients who met the western medicine clinical diagnosis standard of perennial allergic rhinitis and the TCM syndrome differentiation standard of lung qi deficiency and cold pattern of rhinorrhea.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,the nasal cavity was rinsed with Biqiu irrigating liquid,combined with Xiaoqinglong decoction,the traditional Chinese medicine decoction.In the control group,the nasal cavity was rinsed with normal saline,combined with Xiaoqinglong decoction.The nasal cavity is washed twice a day,and the traditional Chinese medicine is taken orally,one dose a day.The course of treatment is 30 days.Before and after treatment,the patients’ nose,eye symptoms and nasal signs were observed and recorded,and the statistical software was used to make statistical analysis of the difference of the curative effect before and after treatment.ResultsThere was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).Before the treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of nose and eye symptoms and nasal signs,such as nasal itching,sneeze,rhinorrhea,nasal obstruction,eye itching,epiphora(P>0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups decreased in different degrees(P<0.05).Compared with single symptom,the scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group in the symptoms of nasal itching,sneeze,rhinorrhea(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of the Biqiu irrigating liquid was significant on the improvement of nasal itching,sneeze,rhinorrhea.After treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of nasal obstruction,eye itching,epiphora between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the general symptoms of nose and eyes,the total score of nose and eyes in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the Biqiu irrigating liquid had a significant effect on improving nose and eyes symptoms.The score of nasal signs in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the clinical effect,5 markedly effective cases were in the treatment group with 37 effective cases and 4 ineffective cases,while 1 markedly effective case was in the control group with 36 effective cases and 10 ineffective cases.There was a significant difference in the efficacy comparison(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group were 91.3%and 78.7%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups(P>0.05),There were no significant adverse reactions related to the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion1.The external washing of Biqiu irrigating liquid can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of the nose of the patients of lung qi deficiency and cold pattern,especially the nasal itching,sneeze,rhinorrhea.2.The results showed that the effect of external washing with Biqiu irrigating liquid was better than that of normal saline washing.3.The auxiliary treatment of Biqiu irrigating liquid is safe,reliable and easy to operate.The patients have good compliance and no long-term medication concerns.
