Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis(spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome)with Qushi Qingre Decoction

Objective: This study is mainly to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qushi Qingre decoction in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome),in order to provide certain clinical basis for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: 1、In this study,70 patients with a diagnosis of Western medicine and a diagnosis of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome were collected from the outpatient department of Mianyang Hospital of T.C.M,They were divided into two groups according to the random comparison table,35 cases in treatment group and 35 cases in control group.2、The treatment group was treated with Qushi Qingre decoction,and the control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules,the two groups were treated for 4 weeks,and the follow-up evaluation was conducted at 1 month and 3 months after the drugs withdrawal.3、This study will observe and compare the individual symptoms score、gastroscope integral、evaluation of curative effect of TCM syndrome、 clinical efficacy recurrence rate and safety of the two groups.Results:1、Comparison of individual symptoms scores: after 4 weeks of treatment,both groups were able to improve the individual symptoms of the patients(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the improvement of fecal viscosity and discomfort,other symptoms improvement is better in the treatment group than the other group.Follow-up was conducted 1 month、3months after discontinuation,and improvement of each clinical symptom was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).2、Comparison of gastroscope integral: after 4 weeks,Although two groups could improve the degree of mucosal inflammation under endoscopy(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05),the results showed that the two groups had similar efficacy.3、evaluation of curative effect of TCM syndrome: we have summarized the total effective rate of the two groups 4 weeks of treatment,1 month after discontinuation and 3 months after discontinuation,for the treatment group respectively were 93.9%、87.9%、87.9%,for the control group respectively were 85.3%、67.6%、58.8%。4、Comparison of recurrence rate: There is no difference in recurrence rate between the two groups after 1 month of withdrawal,however,3 months after drug withdrawal,The treatment group was significantly better than the other group in the recurrence rate of this disease(P<0.05).5、Safety evaluation: there were no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion: Qushi Qingre decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome)and its long-term efficacy is accurate,it is safe,and is worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
